Terrible experience, from financing to car delivery. The finance person -Marty was the worse. He was obviously annoyed that I wasn’t buying all the extras and rushed me through the process. He was so unprofessional, I should have walked out! After I took possession of the car, it was dirty, gas-less and it was late at night. I had to wait for the sales person to get the gas card and go full up the tank! The experience couldn’t get any worse. I called the dealer after a few days because I didn’t know how to work my car and I was feeling put off by the whole situation. I was told by Curtis that my trade in was a “bad deal” and if I wanted my trade in back that I could have it back because they weren’t going to make any money off the trade in. Then, if this wasn’t enough, the finance department never paid off my trade in. I had my lender call me and a late fee was applied to my account because the ball was dropped. I truly regret giving this dealer my business. I will not be retuning. More

My entire interaction with the dealership was tainted by ethical concerns, misinformation, and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. I drove from San Francisco to Sacramento three times—investing significant time and resources—only to be met with deceptive practices, where the numbers for my deal were constantly changing. This left me feeling manipulated throughout the negotiation process. I had gone the extra mile to special order my BMW, expecting a personalized and seamless experience. Unfortunately, when I arrived to pick up my car, not only was it not what I had ordered, but I also discovered that the vehicle did not include the technology package I had requested—a critical issue for both my safety and that of my son. To make matters worse, I had already signed the deal without realizing this vital omission. Throughout the process, I spoke with Justin, who acted as if he were the highest authority on the matter. Despite his assurances that everything would be taken care of, his behavior was extremely unprofessional. Not only was he rude and disrespectful—hanging up on me during our conversation—but Paul, the general manager, never contacted me to address my concerns. They have wasted my time completely. I waited four months for my new car, trusting that the dealership would resolve these issues and make things right, only to be treated badly and left with unresolved problems. The repeated instances of changing deal terms, the failure to deliver the correct vehicle configuration, and the unprofessional behavior exhibited by the staff at BMW of Sacramento have left me extremely dissatisfied with their service. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and thoroughly scrutinize any dealings with this dealership to avoid similar disappointments and frustrations. More
