The parking lot is jammed up quite a bit with inventory and makes it a bit strange to navigate when visiting for the first time. Upon entering I was expecting to finish my deal with Tim, but was passed along to a different sales associate after I was not approved for the car I wanted. I wouldn’t have minded being shuffled around if the associates I was shuffled to were actually updated on who I was and the purpose for buying a car. I specifically asked how much was the second option car presented to me and the sales associate brought me a quote for over $700 a month. I felt it was a steep price but felt that it must’ve been because my credit wasn’t great. I was then made to wait nearly an hour for the finance manager to “get me a good deal.” Upon signing I was being told that the papers I was signing was acknowledging the security features the car ‘came with.’ After going home I found that the papers I signed weren’t acknowledging anything, the papers were in fact me signing for purchase of security features the car supposedly came with and an extended warranty I never asked for and wouldn’t even last the length of the loan the cost would’ve been attached to. I called to have these excess costs cancelled and refunded and was ignored. I then showed up in person to have the matter resolved and was lied to straight to my face. The finance manager told me that the contract was finalized with the bank and there was nothing to be done, but she would reach out and that the numbers were final and even if a cancel was processed it wouldn’t reduce my monthly payments. I contacted the bank myself and they informed me that nothing was finalized and it would be no issue at all for the finance manager to cancel the contract with the unwanted extra features and send a new contract to reflect the price difference from the cancellation. I then emailed the finance manger this information and she still attempted to give me the run around. She specifically mentioned that the anti-theft feature could not be cancelled since it’s standard for all Niello vehicles, but contract specifically states that this feature is extra and unnecessary and can be cancelled if I want. It’s a shame too, I expected more honestly from a luxury dealership. I should have just gone to any low end auto mall for the same experience. More
