Would have scored a 5 across the board, but the tech that took my car out after the repair work was completed and blasted around the dealership, pulling 0.8 g in acceleration when it was wet out earns at lea took my car out after the repair work was completed and blasted around the dealership, pulling 0.8 g in acceleration when it was wet out earns at least a 1 star deduction. Also somewhat displeased that when I called to make my appointment, I wasn't told that the starter/alternator wasn't in stock and needed to be ordered - this added 3 days to the duration my car was at the dealership. Dain was awesome, communicative, clear on expectations, etc. Ensured the car was not washed and was stored indoors while in the dealership's possession. More
