Dan and Niello aren’t aggressive or proactive in care maintenance. The do only what’s necessary and sometime not even that if they find it covered under warranty. A year ago they thought my coolant was leaking , gave me a estimate- then said it may be under warranty and they didn’t feel it needed to be addressed because another tech said he didn’t see a leak. When I brought it back when my coolant light came on, I was told they couldn’t tell if it was leaking cuz they never cleaned off the sediment around the tubing last visit . Answer- “ just keep an eye on it”. More

As always, over the years of servicing my two Audis at Niello, Omead has always been informative, patient and to the point. Also, any repairs needed were handled well by the techs.
