Impressed that focus is on service and not upselling. I had a warranty covered issue that was fixed, but reoccured several days later. Because it hadn’t been fixed the first time, staff picked up my car I had a warranty covered issue that was fixed, but reoccured several days later. Because it hadn’t been fixed the first time, staff picked up my car from my house, leaving me with a rental car and then returned my car after it was fixed. All at no cost to me. It was clear their objective was to keep me happy. More
