Went for test drive today and the first person was knowledgeable and helpful, until he was pulled to another customer. The 2nd person was kind, but did not as much about the cars. After test driving, he was less than helpful when it came time to talk pricing. He have me vague information, not details on the "quote" and when I asked for additional information, he provided me a quote 27K more than listed through the credit union. Yes, you read that right! Over $27K!!! Rude and not helpful AT ALL. More

Where is customer safety My Kia Sorento had a recall notice for engine problems. I was not informed of the service that would be done and took my vehicle in on February 27. My Kia Sorento had a recall notice for engine problems. I was not informed of the service that would be done and took my vehicle in on February 27. My husband had changed the oil the day before and we were unaware that this would also be the process for the recall service. They were looking for metal fragments in the oil. As the oil had been changed the day before, there was very little chance of finding any. I took my car back in on May 30 and explained to them that we would like them to redo the service recall to check for issues. They were unwilling to do this free of charge but I could pay $60 and get a simple oil change. I explained why they didn’t find metal fragments last time but that I was concerned that my car was not running well and wanted it checked again. The service dealer explained that all they were willing to do was change the filter and oil and would not look for metal fragments even if I paid the $60. I recently saw a report about a woman driving this same vehicle and it caught on fire. Help me understand this lack of concern on this businesses part. More
