Rude Customer Service Called to ask a question about my warranty and I got spoken to like a child. I had a very clear question that apparently no one could answer for me. T Called to ask a question about my warranty and I got spoken to like a child. I had a very clear question that apparently no one could answer for me. The woman who answered the phone "Karen" was rude and disrespectful. Then another gentleman got on the phone and proceeded to tell me " I believe whatever I hear" and how I'm lying and I'm talking nonsense. He was disrespectful and spoke to me like I was an idiot then wouldn't give me his name and hung up on my face. I called back to get the email or set an appointment up with the general manager to discuss how these phone calls went and "Karen" then gave me a hassle first saying that I could not get his info then saying I had to schedule an appointmentor come in person and then saying I had to email him. She knew it was me on the call and then told me "listen were done with you and your phone calls " and hung up again on my face. I've never been treated like this ever from a sales department or person who is supposed to help with customer service. When I first bought my car everyone there was so nice and respectful never had any problems when I called with a question. I know the two gentleman that helped me a few months back are no longer there and if these new people took their spot I'm very disappointed. I honestly wish I never got my car there since apparently if I call with a question I'll get attitude, disrespect, hung up on and not even a slight answer to my question! More
