Best ever experience at a dealership I needed a car but hadn't really considered Hyundai only was familiar with them from the 80's a friend recommended I look at them. So I had no intention of buying a car the day I went to the dealership I was just looking. This is the 6th vehicle that I have bought and it was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Everyone was so friendly and helpful I even talked to the owner and he was extremely down to earth. This has never happened usually I have had some tension at the dealership there was none of that. My salesperson Sam Fulton was exceptional as was Victoria Lopez. I can't say enough about my experience. I am very pleased with the experience and my vehicle. More

The sales rep worked with me to ascertain what my needs were and then after showing me a variety of vehicles that met my financial needs, steered me to something that I didn't think was in my price range; an SUV....and I LOVE IT! He worked with me on the amenities and the price and ended up helping me get a fully loaded SUV that was within my price range. I have ZERO regrets and would buy another vehicle from him in a heartbeat! More

Beware Went in for the Costco discount on Sunday. I was given a high price. Sunday. I showed him a quote that the Newark dealer gave me which was much bette Went in for the Costco discount on Sunday. I was given a high price. Sunday. I showed him a quote that the Newark dealer gave me which was much better. Then Ben said, "Oh, I forgot to give you the Costco price". He came back with a much better price. But at this point I felt apprehensive, and hadn't done enough research to know if it was a good price, or if as a woman alone I was being played. Then I had to ask for the other dealer's quote back as he forgot it at another desk. I called later and was put on hold and disconnected. I hung up and tried again and the dealership was closed. I tried emailing Alex (who was great). His email address on his card is wrong so it got bounced back. I called the next day and my message was never given to my salesman. Finally I get an email with a new quote that is $3100 over what I was quoted the other day! I called Alex and he said that he was sorry but that Ben made a mistake. Really? I have an offer in writing. I'm going to let Costco know that they should choose a more reputable dealership to be associated with. And I'm writing this warning so you'll know too. I was able to attach pictures of both quotes on Yelp so you can see the stock number is the same K6580. More
