Fantastic Experience I recently was in the market to purchase a new Hyundai. I had visited two other dealerships, Hanlees and Serramonte, however neither were professional I recently was in the market to purchase a new Hyundai. I had visited two other dealerships, Hanlees and Serramonte, however neither were professional or able to find the right vehicle that I was looking for. In fact, they had said that they couldn't find the model / features I was looking for in all of the Bay Area. I reached out to Nicholas Parks and the service was immediately better. They were interested in my needs and wanted to ensure that I got the car I was looking for. Turns out, they had two of the models that I was looking for, both with all of the features that I was interested in. They even FaceTime called me to walk me through the vehicles so I didn't have to waste time going to the dealer before knowing they had the cars I was interested in. I went to the dealer the next day and was soon driving off the lot with my new car. Overall, fantastic experience with Esteban and Antonio.
