She could not stop praising the young man Eric who went above and beyond in his efforts to help her. His patience was outstanding and they will gain many customers throughout our family. She spoke very highly of her experience. Mostly about how her car was ready at the time promised, and how Eric explained in detail the problem found with her vehicle, and what was done to correct it. We will visit Newins in the future for our scheduled maintenance now as well. Thanks again! More

But Al was able to sway me on the merits of such a transaction AND he tailored it to be in sync with my driving habits. I was almost going to do the same lease with Mazda, but Al and the merits of the vehicle closed the deal. More

Salesman Al Omar was extremely helpful, personable and knowledgeable. We explained what we wanted in a Ford Escape and he showed us a few cars before finding the one that was right for us. He arranged the new plates as well as coordinated with the insurance broker. When we picked up the car he explained everything thoroughly and to our satisfaction. This is our third or fourth vehicle at Newins over the years and as usual a very positive experience! More
Horrible dealer This dealer is one of the worst in customer service on Long Island. If you are not getting swindled into a over prices new car then don't expect to ha This dealer is one of the worst in customer service on Long Island. If you are not getting swindled into a over prices new car then don't expect to have anyone treat you will respect. I currently have my car in there for a replacement warrantable part. Like always they do not want to replace the part. I had a rack and piñon done 2 years ago that I had to deal with ford corporate for 3 days before approved. Then after repair left the dealer and 5 miles down the road the entire steering wheel locks up and I immediately lost all control on the car. I called ford immediately and had it brought back to there shop. They claim it was a defective part and would replace it. That kept me out of my car for a longer time now and back into another rental witch is a huge inconvenience. Also I had to put 4 new tires on my car from the rack being broken and ruining my alignment witch ruined my tires that I payed out of pocket for. Now I am currently battling with the disrespectful uncourteous Bonnie from begins ford. She loves to talk over people to get her point across and doesn't let you explain the fact of the matter witch coming from a person who drives the vehicle everyday I think I would know better then her. Anyway turns out that my car need a new axel and the wheel seal is leaking. Well well well what do you know " it's not our fault " but how ever they are the only ones who service the car and who took the axel out and messed with the suspension and locked my steering up so all fingers point to them. Now corporate is involved they approved the repairs day before yesterday and then call me today to tell me they are not approving the repairs anymore due to a car fax report. When all that was replace 3 years ago was a headlight and the bumper and corner of fender was scraped. After 2 times being there you figure there 148 point inspection would have told them something was wrong. This is absurd and they are scam artist and the mechanics are not properly trained and the service advisors are not trained properly either. Shame on newins ford. Take your business somewhere else trust me when I tell you that because no one should be treated like that especially over something so small multi billon dollar corporation that won't approve a " 1300.00 " job that cost them 200.00 but they mark it up so they can get there bonus. And good luck with Eric his voice mail is full and he never takes a phone call. More

He worked tirelessly to take care of my needs , and put in a long day of helping me trade out of my current pickup and into my new pickup which is a lease.
