worst experience ever very bad experience, and I am very easy to please, drove 3 hours to see a truck,, were not negotiable or willing to do anything, even though truck tir very bad experience, and I am very easy to please, drove 3 hours to see a truck,, were not negotiable or willing to do anything, even though truck tires were not in best shape and car fax had some issues, but still decided to buy truck for my child, told them when I would be there to pick up and please have it ready because we had a long drive, it was not ready and we sat there for 3 hours, than sat in rush hour traffic home. I had recently purchased a jeep wrangler 3 weeks prior and got a better extended warranty, was told by Newins the best they could do was 36,000 miles 48 months for $1795, even after sitting there for 3hrs waiting for them to detail truck wouldn't do anything for us, only said we are #1 in LI, not in my book, even if I lived closer still wouldn't come back to this dealership, can find better deals elsewhere, unfortunately my child wanted this truck, buying the jeep 3 weeks prior from another dealership was a much better experience More
