Honestly, this process would have been smoother and less stressful if I was not spoke to in certain manner by the manager demanding my birth certificate and more proof that I’m the person obtaining an xplan stressful if I was not spoke to in certain manner by the manager demanding my birth certificate and more proof that I’m the person obtaining an xplan PIN number. I did not appreciate being disregarded and no apology being offered. It’s really an insult when I have been purchasing Ford vehicles for years and being spoken to a certain way without explaining the reasoning when asking for additional documents. More
