We started with an email purely for information, Kristen was very helpful and very diligent in responding to our needs. When we were ready, she handed us over to John Casey who was very friendly and equally was very helpful and very diligent in responding to our needs. When we were ready, she handed us over to John Casey who was very friendly and equally competent. He knew the product and answered all of our questions. Because our Rav 4 was being made, he explained the time line and what we should expect. True to his word, everything was either on time or early and we are completely satisfied. When I first walked in Nelson was right there. I told him what I was interested in and he took me for a test drive in the car I chose. He was courteous, informative and Not pushy about the car. The next time I returned we came to a feal to purchase the vehicle. I love the vehicle I purchased. The only hang up was that I did not get the full tank of gas. On the way home I realized I had less than 1/8 of a tank. I only saw "full tank" on the car sticker a while later. More

I purchased a Certified used Toyota Sienna in June, and in August had to have all four brake rotors resurfaced. They were warped. Amazingly, the brake pads were brand new, so the dealer clearly installed in August had to have all four brake rotors resurfaced. They were warped. Amazingly, the brake pads were brand new, so the dealer clearly installed new pads over bad rotors just to move the vehicle and "pass" the 160 point Certified Vehicle inspection. I was on vacation, and had to take the vehicle to a Toyota dealer while away, at the cost of $385.00 to fix the brakes. Upon my return, I contacted Newburgh Toyota. They did not respond. So I filed a complaint with Corporate Toyota. I was told there was nothing Toyota could do. It was between myself and the dealer. What is the point of the "160 point" inspection process? It means nothing. I will not purchase a Certified Toyota again, and I will never again work with Newburgh Toyota Scion in New Windsor, NY. More
