Lynn Desmond always has the paperwork ready when I arrive and so its just a matter of signing a few papers and I'm ready to go. This was the first time I met Maureen Hogg but she was easy to work with and made the sale go smoothly, even coming in on her day off so I could pick up the car when it was convenient for me. The service department is exceptional as well. Appointments are kept on time and they get you in and out with a minimum of waiting time. If you were to ask me if I would recommend Newburgh Toyota to a friend the answer is a definite yes because over the years I have recommended them to several friends. More

I was looking for a lightly used Toyota Yaris but had a bad experience with a New Jersey Toyota dealer who treated me poorly. My wife found another Yaris at Newburgh Toyota. She negotiated an excellent price online with Steve Tamberino, the Internet Sales Manager. A few days later we went to Newburgh, test drove the car, and drove it home the same day. We went to lunch for an hour and when we returned the car was cleaned and prepped and the Business Manager had all of the paperwork ready to go. Our sales person, Eduardo Ortiz, honored the internet price and was extremely professional and friendly. He even added a personal touch by putting a clever "sold" sign on the car because other customers were still looking at it! All in all a great, no hassle buying experience. Dealer may be a little out of the way for some New Jersey customers, but definitely worth the trip. More
