I had received a phone call from Kelli ( internet sales dept)she advised me that my wifes lease was up in August.She explained that Toyota was running a promo until 2/21/11,where as we could turn in our l dept)she advised me that my wifes lease was up in August.She explained that Toyota was running a promo until 2/21/11,where as we could turn in our leased vehicle up to six months early with no more payments due.Also that we could get $1000.00 towards the downpayment of a new leased vehicle. Sounded good to me,so I called Mr. John Casey whom we had dealt with before and made an appointment.My wife and I meet with John he showed us the vehicle that we were interested in.Went over all the details of a new lease and they were just what John had told me over the phone.No hidden anything and no BS .WE signed the lease agreement,picked up the car on Saturday FEb. 29th. It was a pleasure to deal with Mr. Casey as he is a total GENTLEMAN.This to me is very refreshing as too many sales people talk to you as if there doing you a favor.I've been in sales and sales management for more than 35 years before retiring. The expierence was rough. The staff is friendly but some things need to change. 1. I made an appt. to deliver the car. Once there they shuffled us around and we ended up sitting in the car for an hour. things need to change. 1. I made an appt. to deliver the car. Once there they shuffled us around and we ended up sitting in the car for an hour. Solution: Stick to the schedule. Plan accordingly. 2. The car has a large scratch on the trunk. When the car was finally delivered it was dark and no way for me to see it. When mentioned to the dealership they eluded to it being our fault. After some time, they said they would fix it. Solution: Do an inspection with the patron and ensure everything is ok. I was sent out with a thank you and a set of keys. 3. On my used car they offered $5712. An ok deal. When I selected a different car they came back with a new deal. This time they offered $9712. I thought because I bought a bigger priced car that they made a better offer. I went home thinking I got a great deal. Not the case. After sittting down with the closing paperwork staff they changed it back to $5712. I was confused and disappointed. Solution: Ensure all your paperwork is correct and the right numbers are presented the first time. (I am still deciding what do on this issue, afterall I had a signed contract) Working with staff was easy. They were willing to meet our needs relatively simply. However, there were some hiccups that leaves a sour taste in our mouth. More

As a woman, I walked into the dealership feeling very skeptical and thought for sure I was going to get the hard sale. Mike listened to what I wanted and worked very hard to get me the car I wanted unde skeptical and thought for sure I was going to get the hard sale. When it was time to replace my high-mileage Lexus, I spoke with Mike Tornatore, one of the sales reps at Newburgh Toyota Scion, where I had been servicing my car for over 5 years. Mike is a personable, no-pressure guy who is very knowledgable about his product, and, after some further expert help from Marc Horne, another member of the sales team who filled in for Mike on the test drive, we quickly arrived at the terms for a lease agreement on a new Rav4. But that's not where the story ends. Shortly after, I experienced a manufacturing defect in my new vehicle and when I brought it to the attention of Mario Giordano, the dealership's general manager, he and Tony, the service department manager, went above and beyond to make sure that my potentially thorny problem was resolved and that I ultimately drove away happy. In an era where the customer is often taken for granted and a business' bottom line seems to rule, it is refreshing to deal with an organization which not only provides a customer with an enjoyable sales experience but is willing to step up and stand behind its product if there is a problem. If you're shopping for a Toyota, I highly recommend that you visit Newburgh Toyota; their staff is top-notch. More
Was shopping for a replacement civic, and after dealing with 3 Honda dealerships (all friendly), none were able to put together the deal I needed (roll $5000 into the next vehicle). I had purchased a camry 20 years ago at this dealership, so stopped by to talk to Lynn to see what he could do financing wise. Since he was at lunch, I worked with Roger who listened to what my needs were, and worked on those. We had a deal all set for Lynn when he returned. Rather than a "certified used", I ended up purchasing a new 2010 Corolla leftover. Better financing, and was able to roll in $4000 of the $5000 I was upside down. I was treated with respect by all the employees, and it was pleasant to experience salespeople who enjoy each other and work together as one. Roger is just the best, acts low key, but is listening and figuring out how to get you in the vehicle you want. More
Great dealer and great workers...professional, friendly, and they gave the best price out of three dealers on the first interaction....a no games kind of dealer. It wasn't the dealership closest to my home, but it was worth the drive. More
