Yes I'm sure there are some Toyota owners who won't have the work done by Newbold, but I would think a smaller fee of say $50 would still allow Newbold to make a profit most of the time from the diagnosis. One other thing. I find it very irritating to be contacted by Newbold and asked to complete the same questionnaire over and over. I purchased a new 2019 Avalon Touring on March 29th and probably have been contacted 10 times. I don't mind completing questionnaires once or even twice. But that's enough. With the above being said I have found Newbold to be a very good dealer who has excellent employees. . More

Only two problems: (1) when I first called for an appointment the phone rang a long time, between 4-5 minutes and no one answered. I called back and the same thing happened, except at the end it quit ringing and I could hear two people talking faintly about cars. I called a third time and the operator got me somebody who was trying to schedule me but then he had computer problems and ended up calling me back later to schedule. If I had been busy, this might have been real turnoff. (2) you no longer do car wash. Your competitor does. I suggest you at least do the interior vacuuming and dusting of the car, I used the coupon for the exterior car wash and while inconvenient, that worked OK, hough clearly not up to snuff service on your part. More

Fuse for trailer hitch I know that they were busy but thought three hours was a little long to replace a fuse. When I picked up the car I asked the location of the blown fu I know that they were busy but thought three hours was a little long to replace a fuse. When I picked up the car I asked the location of the blown fuse but could only say it was in the box under the hood instead of the location in the box. Looked it up on my computer and found it was third slot from front on right bank. More
