Newbold did not complete our request for an oil change. The rating above is checked but does not reflect my true feelings. This is the second time that Newbold has failed to complete our request for an oil The rating above is checked but does not reflect my true feelings. This is the second time that Newbold has failed to complete our request for an oil change. The first time happened when we scheduled a maintenance and they could not complete it because I had had the oil changed a month prior. They did what maintenance they could and we agreed I would return for the oil change at a later date and they could complete the maintenance. Months later I called early in the morning and requested that they do the oil change and finish the maintenance. When I spoke to the woman that morning I explained everything and she said not to worry. All information should be in the record she told me. My husband dropped off the car but they didn't have the order. They called but I wasn't home to explain. And so, no oil change. I had to return the next day for the oil change. This time, I called early Monday morning, May 6, 7:30 am, and requested an oil change and also asked for help in removing old license plates for new. Our appointment was 2:30 pm Monday. My husband dropped off the car and told the advisor we had a 2:30 appointment for an oil change and help with the license plates. He asked if Newbold could replace the license plate holder since our old one had broken when we tried to remove the plates. Next morning I noticed when I was driving that the notice on the windshield had not been changed and showed the old mileage for when I would next have to change the oil. I looked at the Newbold service paper and there was no oil change noted. I was furious and called to complain. I am very unhappy with the service given at Newbold, More

Wonderful Experience We were looking for a used Toyota Sienna for transporting our grandkids. This would be my wife's primary vehicle. On a scouting trip to see what was available, Damon located a certified pre-owned vehicle. It exceeded our expectations. I told Damon that my wife was off of work on Monday and we would try to get her in for a test drive. He said he was off at 6:00 pm but could stay later if needed. I called around 4:00 pm to say she was going to be there around 5:00. Things came up and she was delayed. She called to say she was running late. Damon had the vehicle ready when she arrived at 7:00. He patiently answered all of her questions, including test driving a Rav 4 for comparison. We made a decision to purchase the Sienna and completed the deal that night. It was after 10:00 when we left, Damon was there with us the whole time. Everyone at Newbold went the extra step to make this a wonderful buying experience. More
