They were even able to get me in before my scheduled time. Waiting room was great. Out other car is from a different brand and the waiting room at that dealership is horrible. For parents with young children they even have a room for kids to play in. The wait wasn't long at all, at least to me. I highly recommend Newbold Toyota Service Department. More

Great Place for Service! Took my Toyota here for oil & filter change. I was told that it was time for a Transmission Flush so I had them do that too. When I got home I checked Took my Toyota here for oil & filter change. I was told that it was time for a Transmission Flush so I had them do that too. When I got home I checked paperwork on car & saw that I had this done about 4 years ago so didn't know why I was told I needed it done again. I called Jake & he told me that this is something that also needs to be done more than once. He was very nice to talk to & explain this to me. I even called back later about an issue I had brought up when my car was there & he again was helpful. It cost less to go here than other places. I even got a complimentary car wash. I am also going to get a coupon in mail. The waiting room is very nice with TV & coffee. More
