We would rate Niebold Toyota to everyone if you are looking for a new or used car and want a great experience while searching for it and closing the purchase Our experience with Dan Molitor during o looking for a new or used car and want a great experience while searching for it and closing the purchase Our experience with Dan Molitor during our purchase of a 2008 Toyota Avalon was such a pleasant one. Dan was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain anything that we asked about. Although we arrived at 5:30 in the evening at the beginning of a holiday weekend, he did not rush us or make us feel that we were coming at an inconvenient time. We plan to keep our new purchase for a number of years but when the time does come to replace it, we only hope we find a sales person like Dan to assist us. Although we live in the west county area of St. Louis, the drive was well worth it to have the easy and comfortable experience such as the one we had. Thanks Dan! When we had made the decision to purchase the car, Tony Hopkins helped us with all of the closing paperwork and was also very pleasant to work with and explained each and every paper that we needed to sign, making sure we received a copy of each one for our records. Every time I go to New Bold I get great customer service from Jenny Reinhardt. On one occasion she helped me solve the problem myself. Paula Louis was very knowledgeable about the features of the Prius. She helped me make a decision on wich car to choose based the the features that would be important to us.
