I think Toyota manufactures a great product, but there are many great automobiles out there today. On another note, the service department is not what it used to be without Jen there. I've had several friends that are toyota owners mention the same thing. Service is something that you don't look forward to having to do, nor having to pay for, but she always made sure it was done with a smile. You've lost that personal touch in there now. More
