The service consultants were friendly enough and showed empathy, but Newbold BMW service on my 2004 BMW X3 with 89,000 miles has been HORRIBLE! I have owned the car, my first BMW, for 23 months and In that time drove 20,000 miles and had 17 maintenance visits, 14 of which were for the service engine light. Newbold never found the cause of the problem but charged me many thousands of dollars trying. Eventually, it became cost prohibitive. I finally gave up on Newbold BMW, and the car. I recently sold it and went back to Lexus where I've had nothing but good service experiences over the years. More
