Awesome to deal with!! I called about a car I was interested in from the website and set up an appointment to come and see it the next day. After a test drive and Mark explaining all the features, we decided on the spot to buy the X3. I truly appreciated the dealership not putting pressure on us and the ease of how they operate. Carlos Holmes was fantastic as he walked us through all the details with regard to operating the navigation system and features of the car. Andy DeVine was very efficient and had all the paperwork ready when we came to finalize the purchase. This is our second purchase with Newbold and will not be our last. More

I was able to set up a personal appointment and Chris had my vehicle pulled up and ready for me to go on a test drive. Chris' knowledge of the vehicle was impressive and was he answered all the questions that I had prepped for him after reading reviews about the vehicle. Chris didn't try and up sell me and advocated for me with the used car sales manager. Chris was able to get me in and out of the dealership with in the hour. The longest part of the delivery was when the BMW Genius, Carlos Holmes, sat in the vehicle and instructed me about the vehicles options. The personal interaction was great. This is the best dealership I have worked with regarding customer service. What a great group of professionals. More
