Customer Care, Customer Service - Top Notch I purchased my "dream car" in 2016 upon retirement--a 230i xDrive Convertible. It was just what I wanted and I enjoyed driving it. Then, on April 3, I purchased my "dream car" in 2016 upon retirement--a 230i xDrive Convertible. It was just what I wanted and I enjoyed driving it. Then, on April 3, 2018, an EF2 tornado destroyed our house, barn and garage. My "dream car" (which only had 18,000 miles on the odometer) was under the garage roof when my husband I I emerged from the basement. The next day, I had an email from Rich saying he had seen the news report and was so happy my husband and I were okay. It wasn't about selling me a new car, it was about a friend checking in on a friend. Customer Care! Well the good news was that the car was in such bad shape that it was totaled by the insurance company and I could, in fact, purchase "dream car #2." Rich was great and helped me work through the details of the new purchase. Carlos conducted my tutorial on the new car, made sure all the paperwork was exactly as it should be and followed up timely. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service I received with both cars from Newbold BMW. Sign me "A loyal and happy customer." More

looking forward to many happy miles this is not my first german car but my first BMW. I was never able to quite make a deal on one before now. I had stopped in a couple of times in the past few months and was considering the 4 series but it was the same thing that had always stopped me before. I just couldn't get completely comfortable with the 4 series. On my last visit to look at the 4 again a 5 series on the floor caught my eye and I decided to take it for a test drive. I was immediately sold on the car. It was just the right size and still handled the way I would have expected a BMW should. The electronics were very easy to use and worked flawlessly and the interior was not as hard as I feared it might be. The leather seats always seemed severe in a BMW but they are surprisingly comfortable. I was also very happy with the sales experience. Rich Grumley is my salesman. I use the is instead of was because I feel this will not be my last car purchased at this dealership. Rich was excellent with orienting me with the car on my test drive and pointing out important features. I no longer like to play a haggling game when buying and was pleased that the trade and selling price were fair and did not require a number of visits to the managers office. anyone of a certain age knows exactly what I'm talking about. When I picked up the car a gentlemen by the name of Carlos Holmes was very professional and helpful in completing my orientation of the car and told me that I would be expected to come back in a couple of weeks or whatever time frame I felt necessary as a refresher course and ask any questions that may have come to mind after driving the car. I can't comment on the service since I haven't needed service yet but my experience so far makes me feel confident that I will also be happy with that. In closing, I feel Newbold presents as a very professional dealership and the people I have dealt with so far have been equally professional and courteous. Greg Wilburn More
