HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! CROOKS!!!!! BEWARE!!!!! WENT TO SERVICE MY CHEVY ON 8/15/19 AND IT WAS AN HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! REQUESTED MAINTENANCE SERVICE WHICH INCLUDED AN OIL CHANGE, TIRE ROTATION A WENT TO SERVICE MY CHEVY ON 8/15/19 AND IT WAS AN HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! REQUESTED MAINTENANCE SERVICE WHICH INCLUDED AN OIL CHANGE, TIRE ROTATION AND MULTIPLE CHECKS OF THE VEHICLE. UPON WAITING OVER 3 HOURS THE SERVICE WRITER TOLD ME THE VEHICLE WAS READY. I INQUIRED IF THEY ROTATED MY TIRES WHICH I KNEW THEY DIDN'T CAUSE I HAD THE WHEEL LOCK IN MY POCKET , HE TOLD ME YES..... I ASKED HIM HOW DID YOU DO THAT WHEN I HAVE THE WHEEL LOCK KEY HE WAS SHOCKED!! THEN HE CALLED OVER THE MECHANIC AND ASKED HIM DID HE ROTATE MY TIRES AND HE SAID YES I DID. THE SERVICE WRITER ASKED HIM HOW WHEN THE OWNER HAS THE WHEEL LOCK KEY HE HAD THE OH xxxx LOOK ON HIS FACE. SMH!!! THE SERVICE WRITER TOLD HIM TO TAKE THE VEHICLE BACK INSIDE AND ROTATE THE TIRES WHICH TOOK ANOTHER 45 MINUTES ON TOP OF THE 3 HOURS I ALREADY WAITED!!! UPON GETTING MY VEHICLE BACK SOMETHING TOLD ME TO CHECK THE LUGS ON THE WHEELS AND GUESS WHAT THEY FORGOT TO TIGHTEN THREE LUGS ON THE WHEELS!!! THIS DEALERSHIP IS HORRIBLE!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER BRING MY VEHICLE BACK HERE NOR ATTEMPT TO PURCHASE A NEW VEHICLE HERE!!!! THIS PLACE IS FULL OF CROOKS AND CUT CORNERS!!!!! More

terrible, worst experience ever. Worst dealership ever, I brought my 2004 Pontiac for recall - they are nearest GM dealership to my home. And when i picked my car up i noticed that Worst dealership ever, I brought my 2004 Pontiac for recall - they are nearest GM dealership to my home. And when i picked my car up i noticed that air-conditioner is not working (it worked perfectly well when i drop my car off). I tried to complain but their answer always was that i do not have proofs and generally my car is old. When i asked what proof they want to see they declined to answer and ask me to pay money for repair. Do not use this dealership it's a scam. I suspect that they try to avenge me because i did not buy car from them this year and purchased it from different dealership. If i could give 0 stars i would do it. What i regret now besides bringing my car to them for recall is that i did not report them to police the same day that i got my car back . More

Great Salesmen I went in to test drive a Tahoe. The young salesmen Alexander aka AJ was excellent. I say this b/c he was able to tell me all the specs about my new v I went in to test drive a Tahoe. Be aware of this dealership Worst dealership ever. I did not buy car from them and they put me in the black list. in 2011 and 2018 i used this dealership's service to do recall Worst dealership ever. I did not buy car from them and they put me in the black list. in 2011 and 2018 i used this dealership's service to do recalls on my pontiac (this is nearest GM dealership) . Both times they destroyed my air conditioner. When i tried to complain they told me that i have no prove for this. But when i gave them perfectly working air condition and received car with not working it. Of cause it was my mistake to trust them 2nd time with the recall, but i thought that after 7 years it will be ok. it was my big mistake. i think that my record in their database is marked and every time they will destroy my air condition. Be aware about this dealership. I strongly NOT recommend it to any person. More

When asked a question you are giving the run around. I have never been treated so poorly at a car dealership but lesson learned turning in my current car happily and ended all ties and going down to infinity where they are knowlegble treat you how you deserve to be treated. How do they stay in business is unbeknownst to me. More
