Every time I bring in my Camaro 2SS at this location I experience big problem within the next few days after I pick up my vehicle. I went in for a simple oil change and had to boost my battery two times the day after. My tire pressure is no longer being detected and I got a check engine sign 3 days after my pickup. To add on to this mess, my keys are no longer detected. This is ridiculous and always continuous! I stopped coming here for almost a year after one bad experience after another and experienced zero issues with my car during that time. I stopped by for a oil change here we go again. Someone really needs to do something about this. This is not the right way to do business. In addition, I was lured into buying rental insurance so they can provide me a car while my car is being worked on and this is never honored. They never have a car "available" which was a concern I shared before purchasing this insurance. I was told they can step out to rent a car for me with this new insurance deal and this was also never honored. This is very frustrating for a working man to deal with over and over again as it takes me away from work which allows me to provide for my family. Please change your business strategy and treat your consumers right! More

This dealer is a big disorganized, I’m not happy and very disappointed. I bought a Chevy 4500 2005 with a lot issues, they never fixed when the truck was under warranty and I did paid $700 because I need the disappointed. We made an appointment to drive the 3.5-4 hour trip to New Rochelle, followed up twice during the week to confirm our appointment to view the car, including on Friday—1 day before o the 3.5-4 hour trip to New Rochelle, followed up twice during the week to confirm our appointment to view the car, including on Friday—1 day before our appointment. We found a babysitter for our children, sacrificed opening day for hunting, drove 4 hours one way to New Rochelle from Utica NY only to be told they sold the car on Wednesday. Mind you, I had called on Friday to confirm our appointment to view the car. Then, they tried to offer a 2017 suburban with 12,000 more miles, bare tires/brakes for 40,000 and tried to call it a deal. It was in fact offensive. Their excuse to me was that their main phone number provided on all of their websites is a call center which is off-site and sometimes they have miscommunications. Not sure how a car sold on Wednesday wouldn’t be updated in the system by Friday. My hunch is that they knew they sold it and still wanted to get me to the dealership in hopes they could rush me into something else. I’m also not convinced the car never existed and they were actually just running an online scam in order to get people to visit their dealership. My feeling was that they were well versed in this situation. Total crooks in my opinion. So ultimately ended up wasting a lot of gas money and almost 8 hours of my life. More
