PRE SENSE MALFUNCTION Leasing a 2018 Q5 and having numerous electronic (?) issues, primary one being a Pre Sense system error - breaking turns on while driving - car come Leasing a 2018 Q5 and having numerous electronic (?) issues, primary one being a Pre Sense system error - breaking turns on while driving - car comes to a sudden, grinding stop. Nothing in front of vehicle, road clean, car clean. First time this happened I was able to take a picture of the warning light, took it to Audi service and was told they adjusted the system. Two days later it happened again. Now they are telling me that Audi will not replace the system unless they can recreate the problem via test driving the car. Apparently my word isn't good enough, even with the photo of the pre sense light on. This is extremely dangerous. First time, the car behind me swerved out of the way to avoid rear-ending me. Second time, my dog flew off the seat and crashed into the dash. Car also randomly shuts off when in park, immediately after door opens. Various other malfunction warnings. None have been fixed. Contacted the General Manager and he has not returned my call. More

She was very insightful in helping me make an informed decision as to what vehicle would best suit my needs. I spend alot of time with her, came back multiple times and bombarded her with a million questions; all of which were answered with a warm and friendly smile. As a sales person myself I have great appreciation for someone who truly knows the product they are representing. Her 6 star service sold me the brand and the car. I would highly recommend Gabrielle to anyone considering purchasing or leasing a vehicle from New County Audi in Greenwich, CT. Jessica Boiano in the finance department was also extremely helpful in considering the 'extras' that can get added on to a lease. More

The battery was dead, the side door had a dent and a scratch and the car was filthy and covered in bagel crumbs!!! The manager Chris Mendicina was an unprofessional jerk and has no manners or people skills!!! He took absolutely no responsibility for his employees that ruined my car and clearly drove it for personal use!! I have no idea how this place is still in business!! More
Purchase of a pre-owned AudiQ7 I was looking for an Audi Q7 to replace my wife's 2010 Audi Q7. I went on the CarFax website, and found a Q7 at New Country Audi that net our criteria I was looking for an Audi Q7 to replace my wife's 2010 Audi Q7. I went on the CarFax website, and found a Q7 at New Country Audi that net our criteria. I sent an email late that evening through CarFax, and Ian Chang contacted me the next morning. Ian is very easy to talk to, and after some discussing on the phone and through text, he convinced me to drive down with our current vehicle so they could give me an accurate trade in price. We live in Massachusetts, so I took the 240 mile trip with my wife and 2 children down to New Country Audi in Greenwich, CT. Ian was there to greet us, and while he was preparing the 2017 Audi Q7 for the test drive, he also had the valet take our current car for evaluation. My kids were able to sit in there lounge, which has beverages and snack along with a TV, so they made themselves at home while went through all the particulars and negotiations with Ian and his manger , Mike Morano. I found Ian and his team very easy to deal with and very accommodating. I would highly recommend Ian Chang to anyone who is looking to purchase an new or pre-owed vehicle. I will be coming back to by my next vehicle from Ian, and any future vehicle for my family. Thank you Ian for an enjoyable experience and a smooth and hassle free purchase of my Wife's "new" car. My initial contact was with Ian Chang and he answered all my questions honestly over the phone, especially about the reason for the low mileage. So I made a trip to CT from NJ, and found the car to be in mint condition, I did a test drive and was sold. Came back a week later (by train). and picked up the car. I feel like I got a great deal on a low mileage car, and Ian did everything to make right to make it happen. A shout out to Abdul as well, who prepped the car. This was my best car buying experience ever. More

Upon having to return AGAIN to get my serviced because I was still having the same issue, he no longer was assigned as my "service advisor" because he did not want to work with me and literally hid under his desk when I walked in. Very strange and awkward!!! More
Worst service experience EVER!!!!! I had to have my Audi towed to a dealer because of a flat tire last night. This morning I called the dealer to make sure the tow company got the car there, they had it and would be fixing it (8 AM). No answer...left a message. Called back at 8:30, was told I would get a call back within an hour. No call back. Called at 10:00 AM. Was told "we found your car, someone will call you right back." 11:30 Am comes...no phone call. I call AGAIN...am told "your service adviser will call you shortly." 12:30 I finally speak with someone who asks what car I have and what the problem is. 1:00 my adviser calls and assures me that she has it under control and will call me back with information soon. She actually calls back needing more info. I get it for her. She gives me her direct line saying that she will let me know soon what is going on. Now it is 4:30 (my calls are not being answered) and I have to either Uber home or to get my car....I know I got my car at a nearby Audi dealer not there, but I told them my lease is up soon and they are the closest Audi dealer to my house....Now I know there is NO CHANCE I would ever consider getting my next Audi from this dealer because of how awful the "service" department is! More
