No excuse for this Last time I was at New Country Audi Greenwich, I had routine maintenance performed. When the service was done, I was told to go outside and my car wo Last time I was at New Country Audi Greenwich, I had routine maintenance performed. When the service was done, I was told to go outside and my car would be brought around. After more than fifteen minutes and not seeing my car, I noticed employees scrambling around looking for something. Then, my car was driven up. A woman got out with a cigarette dangling from her mouth and asked me if it was my car. She told me that they had given my car to her by mistake and she was halfway home to New York when she realized it. (She had an A4; I have an S6) Every setting had been changed and the car reeked of tobacco. The employees said they were sorry, but did not offer any kind of compensation. Later that week, I noticed a bubble in the tire and had to replace it. I can only assume that this woman had hit the tire, because I know I didn't. I was so angry and disappointed that I ended up going into another dealership and buying a new car. I only kept this one because the dealer offered me so little for it on a trade even though it was in excellent condition. I will NEVER use this dealership again. More
