Delivering 100% I saw the car 2:00am, walked-in first thing in the morning, bought the car, went to work came back and drove it home later that day with new plates. Dishonest Purchased a 2015 BMW 740 with 30k miles in February 2019. I live in New Hampshire 5 hours away. Spoke to Johnny the sales person, I was told the ca Purchased a 2015 BMW 740 with 30k miles in February 2019. I live in New Hampshire 5 hours away. Spoke to Johnny the sales person, I was told the car was perfect except for a small dent on the back and a scuff on the front bumper, but was told they would fix it before I got there. I was told the front tires had 80% life and the rear 60%. I was told the car was completely serviced and would need nothing. So once the car was ready for me to pick up I make the 5 hour trip to pick it up. I get there at around 5 o'clock on Wednesday 2/13/2019. I look at the car and the dent and scuff were both fixed, but there were multiple small dings, the rims were all scuffed and the tires were not good at all. I point these things out to Johnny and the manager Mike, I even said "I dont even think these tires will pass NH state inspection" and of course they didnt. I was going to leave, wish I did, but got talked into staying. Before leaving they make me pay $610 to register the car. I said in NH the owner has to physically register the car and it wont cost that much. They told me they have to register it and if there is money left over I will get a check in the mail. I will get back to this later. Even though the place was dead and I didnt finance the car with them, it took them over an hour to do the paperwork to get me out of there. Im driving home, it had just snowed and there was salt on the roads, the car runs out of windshield washer fluid. Now I have a bad feeling, because when ever a car is serviced they top off all fluids. I text Johnny "are you sure your service department went over this car?" He said yes. The next day, and every day after the rear passenger tire needs air, the car isnt registered yet so I cant inspect it to see if the tires will pass. Also a few days after owning the car the low antifreeze light comes on. I have been in contact with Johnny regularly about the tires and now about the anti freeze. I again ask if the car was really serviced. He assures me it was. After another day of half the air leaking out, I take the car to a tire and inspection place, they say two tires would not pass and they recommend I get new tires, I do. Less then a week and I'm out $751 dollars on an expensive car that was supposed to have 80 and 60 percent life left on the tires. Two days later the anti freeze light is on again. I bring the car to German Motor Sports in Gilford NH , closest BMW dealer is an hour from me. German Motor Sports has an amazing reputation. They look over the whole car. Quickly show me the thermostat was leaking, along with the hose that connected to it, brake fluid has less then 25% life left and the oil was black and burnt. This was supposed to be a car that was just serviced. Contact Johnny right away, he always just says he"ll talk to his manager but, never gets back to me. So I reach out to Mike the Manager and he basically tells me I'm out of luck and I should have purchased the tire warranty. I file a better business bureau complaint and the general manager reached out to me right way. He agrees to pay for the oil change, and thermostat. At this point I'm not thrilled but not angry. Three weeks go by still not registration. I ask about it and am told, I have to go to the town hall and register it myself. Just like I knew I would have to. They did send a check for the town portion of my registration for $180.50, big difference from the $610 they charged me. It is now April 21 Multiple attempts to Johnny about my refund, no response. Attempts to Mike, no response. It got to the point that I called the receptionist McKenzie, explained my situation and asked if she could ask the finance people, she said she would and would call me back, but never did. She refused to take my calls after and would route my calls to different sales people and when I would ask to be transfered to her she would hang up on me. I have now had to file disputed with my credit card company, which I told them I would do, but they didn't care In the past three years, Ive bought 2 Porsche 911's, 2 Nissan Armadas, a Jaguar XJL and a Toyota 4runner. All site unseen from Peters Chevrolet in Longview TX, Porsche Delaware in Newark Delaware, Team Nissan in Manchester NH, Marlboro Nissan in Marlborough MA, Aldermans Toyota in Rutland VT and Jaguar Manhattan in Manhattan NY. All cars were purchased site unseen, all transactions went smooth, all cars were exactly as described, the dealers had no problem with me and I had no problem with them. My believe is that New Country Audi is dishonest and only cars about the sale. When they are selling you the car they are responsive, but once the sale is done forget about them getting back to you. I know for sure their service department never serviced my car, but said they did. Hope this helps potential buyers. More

He was courteous and professional, and I contacted New County Audi on a Tuesday night through the Car Fax APP. By 9AM I was contacted by Ian Chang. He was courteous and professional, and we arranged to see the car we had selected in the app. We arrived later that day, and we were not entirely pleased with the car we had selected. He quickly found another car that was 1 year newer and in the same price range, which was very much what we were looking for. There was no high-pressure selling or attempts to up-sell. Negotiations on price and trade in were straight forward and accommodating. Everyone we met was professional at every level. The dealership facilities are modern, bright, and exceptionally clean. And the price was fair and competitive. Ian was the consummate gentleman throughout, He was a pleasure to do business with. More

She was very personable and made us feel very comfortable. Gabrielle is by far the most knowledgeable car salesperson we've ever dealt with. Throughout the process Gabrielle kept in contact with us and ensured that our process was smooth. When we came in to pick up our car, she spent a great deal of time going through the features of the car. Gabrielle's attention to detail, speaks to what a great salesperson she is. Once we got to the finance department there was a discrepancy between our rate we received from our bank. It all worked out however it put on a little damper on the experience. Overall we had a very good experience, everyone was very helpful and we highly recommend the dealership! More
