We were referred to Audi Greenwich and Johnny Rosalino by our good friend who is somewhat of an Audi aficionado- this was very good fortune- Johnny ma We were referred to Audi Greenwich and Johnny Rosalino by our good friend who is somewhat of an Audi aficionado- this was very good fortune- Johnny made this by far the best experience we've ever had buying a car- he's patient, personable, calm, helpful, not pushy or over-bearing, and SUPER knowledgable about the vehicles he's selling... He took the time to give us a full tutorial on the functions of the 2016 A4 Quattro we purchased, and has made himself available for further consultation should the need arise. He just couldn't be better- we were not surprised to learn he's the top salesman on the floor. He also gave us kind introductions to all the other people we spoke with in doing the transaction- and it should be noted that everyone across the board was friendly and relaxed and efficient. Although we live fully an hour away in Brooklyn, we intend to return to Audi Greenwich for scheduled maintenance just because we liked the atmosphere so much there. By the time that customer finally realized that my car was not her A4, she had driven it halfway home and reset all of my settings. She must have smoked half a pack of cigarettes in the car, and hit a curb. (I know this only because that week when I noticed the bubble in my tire, I had to replace the tire) All I got from Audi was, Oops, sorry. Have a nice day. I went straight to another dealership and bought a new car---NEVER would I return to New Country Audi Greenwich. More

1ST CLASS AND A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH Hands down the best auto buying experience I have ever had. I reside in Florida and found a vehicle for sale at Audi of Greenwich Ct. I have never purchased a vehicle from out of state, however they had the exact vehicle I was looking for and the best price anywhere! Ian Chang was my salesperson, he contacted me immediately and made the entire buying process STRESS FREE. Ian emailed me several pictures of the vehicle to allow me to see the condition of the vehicle. We closed on the deal almost immediately. I contacted a transport service to transport the vehicle from Connecticut to Florida. Ian kept me posted each step of the way until the vehicle arrived. Without question, when the need for a new auto arises I certainly will be reaching out to Ian Chang and Audi Of Greenwich!!! More

There was no hard sell, I knew what I wanted to pay, and get for my trade...I told Ian I didn’t want to go back and forth negotiating...so he worked with Mike to get a deal (I felt good about) in minutes. They tried to handle all the paperwork that day (but couldn’t as it was a busy Saturday) so I came back a few days later...Ian had called or emailed each day to be sure all the insurance and paperwork was set up...the car was detailed, and ready to go when I arrived...Mike came by to say hi and congrats...and it was off to Mohammed to handle the paperwork....again no hard sell on this or that...it was painless...dare I say actually fun...we had a good few laughs about this and that...Ian called that night to make sure everything was ok with the car (oddly enough the low oil light came on while on the phone with Ian) Ian said to bring it in the next day and they’d take care of it...the next day I just topped it up with oil myself and no problems...Ian called twice the next day to make sure there weren’t any issues and later in the week as well...i just didn’t feel like driving back and forth for an oil top up...but the follow up from Ian was there...in addition I received an email from the GM wishing me well on my new purchase (the small details like listing the actual model I bought vs a generic email adds a nice touch.) I would highly recommend new country and wouldn’t hesitate in buying from them again. More

I went to shop for a convertible, and wanted to buy it- but had a less than eager sales person to sell me the car. She suggested I put a deposit down, and told me she would send me the link to put a deposit down... 48 hours later I get the link, then a day later she tells me they sold the car... How about a text? How about you show your customers you want them to be happy, and sell them the car they want to buy. I have 0 hesitations about the car, the service on the used-car side was just as mediocre as their service department. Id go to Audi of Fairfield before returning to this location again. More

The price of the Audi I was buying was around $31,990 (listed on their website and 3rd party websites like Autotrader.com. These websites showed no price change since listing over 60 days prior). When he went to talk to the Sales Manager, or whomever gives the "OK" for a price to be accepted, he came back with $32,990 to start negotiating. When I pointed out that the price was actually $31,990, he said, "Oh, the price must have just dropped. Hmm". It didn't. I initially asked if they could do $30,500. He remarks, "We can't do that, that's over $2000 off!", still using the inflated price tag to stunt my negotiation. They also we're not too helpful with the service history or adjusting the price for the condition of wear items such as brakes, noting "Brakes life vary, if you don't use them much, they'll last for years." He/they were firm that the brakes, while quite worn, were not a concern when they clearly were. More
