The exterior was in pretty bad shape but the overall vehicle was what we were looking for with the options, colors, etc. We were showed other vehicles around our price point but none had the options and colors we wanted. To our surprise, the manager offered to fix the exterior of the vehicle at no additional cost. We were amazed when we picked up the car, almost looks new. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone, great experience! A+ More

Dreadful experience, very pushy that things had to be done their way, on their timeframe, just to keep myself and my 82 year old father waiting around for almost 3 hours to complete 17 minutes of paperwo done their way, on their timeframe, just to keep myself and my 82 year old father waiting around for almost 3 hours to complete 17 minutes of paperwork. It was over an hour before they could even find the time to come and say hello to waiting customers. I’m not surprised that other customers simply left. After all was done not only did we not even get an apology for the wasteful treatment of our time, but now I cannot get a response from either sales or management with regards to issues that the vehicle has. It’s very disappointing the quality of people that work there, very sad for them they cannot do better for their own self interest. One beacon of light was the 17 minutes spent with the finance department, she was bright, cheery, apologetic to our time, I hope she finds a career with a different management structure that can better use her ability and personality before this establishment tarnished her name too. suggest you avoid using Audi Greenwich. The arrogance and lack of customer service is unbelievable. They’ve had my car for four days. Diagnosed it at 1k initially and called back four days later and said it lack of customer service is unbelievable. They’ve had my car for four days. Diagnosed it at 1k initially and called back four days later and said it was 2k. do i have a choice? Do i trust them? NO! They don’t pick up the phone - three of us have been trying all day - and they don’t return voicemails yet the voice recording says “we value customer service” Does it really take 5 days to fix the car? how would i know when you don’t pick up the phone and when you did at the end of the day on Friday you hung on me.... wow! Avoid Audi Greenwich at all costs! My experience at Audi Greenwich for service last month was one of the worst dealer experiences I've had. I would recommend avoiding this dealer and it My experience at Audi Greenwich for service last month was one of the worst dealer experiences I've had. I would recommend avoiding this dealer and its staff at all costs! The highlights of my experience are as follows: 1. My oil was never fully filled up. I had to go buy an extra quart of synthetic and add half a quart to my car. 2. My tires were never inspected. I had a brand new tire put on my right rear wheel with a measured 10/10 tread one week prior to this visit. My service report said this tire was at 6/10 tread. Absolutely lazy service from the mechanic. My service adviser was even ashamed and had no answer for this. 3. My service adviser lied to me about having an oil leak in the engine breather, which they claimed would cost $800 to fix ("we happen to have the parts in stock") are you kidding me? ....my car had been in for a recall a month before this visit and there was no oil leak in that inspection. When confronted about this, my adviser said "well, some mechanics are more thorough than others." Seriously?! So some of your staff are good, and others are not good at their job? What a terrible response! I had my car double-checked at a local mechanic afterwards and confirmed there was no oil leak. Also, while waiting for my car, I overhead my service adviser calling another person sitting in the waiting room and telling her she also had a oil leak. This was an elderly woman and they were clearly taking advantage of her. Absolutely shameful behavior! 4. I asked for my cabin pollen filter to be checked as I expected it needed to be replaced. They never checked nor replaced the filter. I pulled it out when I got home and it was filthy. Again, lazy, lazy, lazy service. The crazy part? I would have paid to have it replaced! Now I just do it myself. 5. I picked up my car and my service interval had not been changed. When asked about this, all I got was that they couldn't reset the interval and there was nothing I could do. Hmmm.... you reset the service light for the last 4 service visits I had here, but now you can't reset it? The dishonesty and lying from this department is absolutely atrocious. 6. After this terrible experience, I contacted this dealer's management team, including the service manager (Bob Torres) and GM (Chris Mendicina). Neither of them truly cared about making this experience right. I was never offered a refund for my visit, they honestly didn't really care what happened, and they tried to get my car back in for a re-service - why would I bring it back to you when you didn't do anything right the first time? And why would you not refund my money for not providing the service I expected? There was clearly no interest in actually making this right. 7. I contacted Audi of America about the issue and they contacted Audi of Greenwich, claiming that I would receive a call about my experience. This call never came. The team there didn't care and would rather keep my $150 from this visit and throw away the entire relationship I've had with this dealer for years. I am planning on purchasing a new 2020 model A4 and they decided that keeping the $150 was more important than me buying a new car, trading in a beautiful used A4, and all my future service visits. Business 101 lesson - this is not how you run a good business. With great alternative Audi dealers across the border in New York, up the road at Audi Danbury, and further east at Audi Fairfield, there is no reason to give this terrible dealer your business. Terrible service, lazy mechanics, and deceitful practices make Audi Greenwich a dealer to avoid at all costs! More
Horrible experience I was a returning customer to Greewich Audi, so I, unfortunately went in very trusting and excited to lease another one. What I ended up leasing was I was a returning customer to Greewich Audi, so I, unfortunately went in very trusting and excited to lease another one. What I ended up leasing was a vehicle with 1200 miles on it and nobody at Greenwich Audi let me in on the secret. My husband happened to check the odometer a few days later on our first drive out with the vehicle. We immediately called the dealership and let them know we would be in later that day to exchange this car for another one with a lot less mileage. When we arrived at the dealership, John Luca, sales manager, let us know that "yes it was one of our older vehicles on the lot and he didn't realize that it had so many miles on it". We asked why didn't anybody let us know about the mileage and he said that "he had no record of how much it had been driven". He refused to give us a different vehicle and would only offer one month free on our payment plan. We rejected his offer and waited to speak with the General Sales Manager about getting a vehicle that was not used. Unfortunately, he never arrived. But I was confronted with another manager who alluded to the fact that he could probably make a case that I was the one who put the miles on the vehicle. Obviously, that was a degrading and humiliating exchange. Needless to say, Greenwich Audi will not take back their used vehicle and I have not heard from their General Manager since I left five days ago. So, please, if you find it necessary to purchase or lease a vehicle from Greenwich Audi, CHECK THE ODOMETER!!!!!!! More
