I have had the opportunity to work with Robert during recent car service. He has been professional and taken the time to answer all of my questions. My car had to come back for a follow up visit after recent car service. He has been professional and taken the time to answer all of my questions. Robert made sure that I got an appointment in a timely fashion and that I was set up with a loaner car while the car was being serviced. He follows up and makes sure that everything is taken care of with my car. Robert has done a wonderful job in making sure I got the service needed in a timely fashion. Bill Sigler, my salesperson, and Jason Lee, the General Sales manager, worked very hard from the outset to structure a deal that worked for everyone. There was no good cop/bad cop – only a true effort to achieve a WIN-WIN. The closing went smoothly with no surprises – Kelly Anderson, who handled all the paperwork, is a real pro. I put down a deposit on a Thursday (on a car still in a plastic wrapper) and picked up my new Audi perfectly preped the following day. When a small service problem developed on a Saturday afternoon a couple of months later, New Country Audi had a certified Audi technician, Jose Rivas, at my home at 8:00AM the following Monday morning! When it became clear that the repair required equipment only available at the dealership, Jose followed me to dealer’s service area to insure my safe arrival. Notwithstanding the fact that I did not have a service appointment, Mike Ruggiero, my service consultant, arranged to have my car repaired immediately, while I waited in an extraordinarily clean and comfortable waiting area with free internet and great coffee. Most important, my car was fixed right the first time. Moreover, the repair itself was immaculate – no fingerprints, no marks on an interior panel that had to be removed, no evidence whatsoever that the car had been repaired other than the fact that it sparkled when returned to me by the service department’s valet parking attendant. (New Country routinely provides a very thorough complementary wash and vacuum for cars serviced at the dealership – even the windows were cleaned on the inside and outside.) The day after the repair was completed I received a follow-up call from the Service Department to inquire as to whether everything was OK. In addition, in response to a highly technical question I had about how to correctly operate my new car, I received a call from Mike Dawkins, the shop foreman. Mike – who knows everything there is to know about Audi – patiently took time to explain the operation of some of the more complex features on my new car. In summary, on every occasion I have dealt with anyone at New Country Audi I have always received service far superior to that I have received anywhere else. More

In an era of automated voice mails, it was great to enter a dealership and have a "real" person greet you in such a friendly manner. Almost 15 years ago, Frank Castagna "saved my life" when my leased Audi's battery died on the morning of my end-of-lease inspection. He sent a flat bed truck to my home, brought the vehicle back to New Country, replaced the battery, had the inspection completed and vehicle returned. Since that time, I have purchased only from New Country and would not consider service at any other location. I have converted my husband to a New Country Audi fan as well, in spite of having purchased a 2012 Q5 which had some significant starter problems during its first 3 months. New Country took care of us-they gave us a top of the line Q5 loaner for over six weeks while they resolved the starter problem. This dealership is A1 and Frank is a champ. More
