I went into Audi with my sister while she was getting her car serviced and we were also looking around at some new options for her for when she trades in. I located the vehicle I was interested in online. I contacted New Country Audi and immediately received a response from George Triant. George was extremley responsive and helpful. I live over a hundred miles away from the dealer so could not just stop by to the see the car. The car had just been turned in and pictures were not online yet. George made the effort to snap some shots of the car and e-mail them to me. We spoke and he explained the car was in very good shape. This led me to put a deposit down over the phone. I drove down the next day and George went on a test drive with me. George arranged to have the car cleaned and prepared for pick-up, going the extra steps to have some smal dings removed, and to even have the wheels refinished. I feel the service I received from George and the dealer was above anything I would have received in the area I live. I would recommend contacting George and New Country Audi for an Audi purchase. From sales to service, this dealership is by far the best I have encountered ovr the many years. I currently own and lease 2 Audis, as well as my son, who leases 2 Audis. Each vehicle has given us so many hours of trouble free service. Audi is the best for road handling in all rain and snowy conditions. The service is outstanding. Niot too many services, but one comes to mind. I was on my way to an important lunch, when steam starts rising from under the hood. From the car, I called David Delaney, service manager. He diagnosed the problem as a bad water pump. I managed to get to the restaurant, to meet my business associate . Within 15 minutes, Ernie, David's associate, walked into the restaurant, handed my keys and a loaner contract. He took my keys and the signed contract and left. I watched as a flat bed came, took, my car and Ernie and took off. That afternoon, David called to say that the water pump was replaced under warranty,no charge, AND that my car was having the entire engine compartment detailed to remove all traces of the fluids that came from the spurting of the of the water pump. Now, how much is that worth? As they as say on the TV ads for MasterCard "Priceless".!I I can also mention other similar problems solved, when David and crew solved a problem, as to when a previous convertible top froze in mid-air, when I was out of the country. My wife was frantic as it was supposed to rain later that day, and the car was stuck in the driveway and could niot go back into the garage with the top up in such an awkward position. David to the rescue... He sent his master mechanic and helper to my home, and with a laptop, they fixed the car. Where can one get such superb service? I purchased my first Audi from another dealer 15 years ago, and I will not go back. Their sales and service cannot hold up against New Country. Am I biased, you bet. If David ever moves within driving distance, that is where I would go to buy, lease and service, even if it was another competing brand. Another example, when I walk into the dealership service area, I am always greeted by name by the ladies behind the desk. Larry Kaiden More
I have the utmost respect and appreciation for David Delaney and his service department at New Country Audi of Greenwich. It is THE reason I have been a customer there for 20 years or so and have lease Delaney and his service department at New Country Audi of Greenwich. It is THE reason I have been a customer there for 20 years or so and have leased 10 Audis and one Porsche. David Delaney has been remarkable. He is always willing to go the extra mile for the customer, sometimes many miles: one time a flat tire near the dealership, another time a minor accident somewhat farther away; David picked the car up with a flatbed, picked my wife and I up, brought us back to the dealership and provided us with a brand new Audi loaner – and this was at 7:30 pm in the evening. All in all, I take great comfort in the knowledge that David Delaney is always there for me and always willing to go the extra mile. More

My son and I had a great experience working with Brian to understand the Audi brand and the car lineup, and he was extremely responsive and very pleasant to deal with. He provided all the information necessary to make a decision clearly and on a timely basis. It was obvious that the dealership wanted our business and had given him all the discounts and tools to make it clear we were getting the best price possible. His honesty and familiarity with the cars made us feel that we had a clear understanding in a short period of time having never considered an Audi previously. Brian, took the time to show me the car I had inquired about and when on the rest drive even suggested we keep driving so I would be happy with the car I was considering. He even picked me up at my home when I realized I had no ride to the dealership to pick up the car. The day after I picked up the car the check engine light came on. I drove into the dealership and Brian took charge and made sure the service department jumped right on it to see what the problem was, he got me a loaner immediately so I would not miss an important appointment. Turns out it was a simple repair and the next day I had my car back... When the time comes for me to get another car I will definitely come see Brian again at new country audi. More
Having owned an Audi years ago, which totally saved the lives of my family and I, I knew that I wanted one once again as I drive my grandson from CT to NY often. Not being in the same comfortable financial position as I was then, I also knew I needed to find a decent Audi at a good price and so the search began. I came across New Country Audi and they had EXACTLY what I was looking for. So with that, I took advantage of the deal on line and sent a text message inquiring about the car. I was shocked at how quickly I received a response from Brian O'Connor, a sales rep. Within minutes we were able to schedule a meeting time and test drive of the car I was interested in. Brian was great! He explained everything that there was about the car and took me on a test drive. Being I don't like to drive cars that I don't own, he drove it around for me and then brought me to a large lot where I could try it just to get the feel for it. I had some questions and concerns because it was used and Brian assured me that everything was checked out and fine. It had a dent over the passenger wheel and he made sure that it was fixed before I would purchase the car. He knew this wasn't going to be a quick sell as I had to communicate back and forth with my husband who couldn't be there. Brian's patience with questions and answers was remarkable. We finally decided to purchase the car and the whole transactions went smoothly. Being I live in a different state, Brian made sure that all the paperwork was in order and ready to go when it was time for pick up. As I work in a busy environment, it is difficult for me to make phone calls so a lot of our communicating went on via emails. Brian ALWAYS responded back to me promptly and ALWAYS had an answer for me and if he wasn't sure, he told me he would get the answer and would get back to me. A week after the sale, my husband had a concern about the car so Brian arranged for the service dept. go take a look at it. When they couldn't seem to find the problem, Brian personally went there himself to see if he could hear the sound we were talking about. The fact that he took the time and effort to reassure me that it was nothing of concern really impressed me. His job was done... His sale was made smoothly and courteously and quickly. The fact that he still showed concern and took the time, made me on VERY satisfied customer. Though I love this car so much, I know that when I'm done with it, I will be back to get my next one. I would definitely recommend New Country Audi to a friend and most certainly would recommend Brian as a sales rep for them to see. More
When I purchased an Audi A6 several years ago from this dealer, I found the follow-up service to be mediocre (scheduling appointments, quality of advice, etc.) and when I decided to change vehicles after e dealer, I found the follow-up service to be mediocre (scheduling appointments, quality of advice, etc.) and when I decided to change vehicles after exactly one year, they offered me $29k on a car they sold to me for $51k. Again, that was exactly one year later! So the pricing is horrible. Recently I was foolish enough to call them with an inquiry. The receptionist left me on hold for several minutes three times in a row. I hung up each time and called back but the person just kept leaving me on hold, no explanation, no pick up to ask me to keep holding, just left on hold for unknown reasons - I gave up after the third extended hold time. I should thank her for reminding me why I avoid this dealership. I have a friend who has an A8 who complains about their service bitterly, similar reasons. The problem, in my opinion, is that here in Greenwich there are enough wealthy customers that this dealership can do just fine delivering good service to their favored customers and enjoy being obnoxious whenever they feel like it.
