I initiated my contact with New Country Audi having interest in leasing a new A7 via emal. Brian O'connor was my initial contact via your website. The initial response was quick and courteous. I visited New Country expecting to view and perhaps test drive a few vehicles. I had five months left on my current lease and did not expect to be closing a deal on a new car so quickly. Brian and I went over the details of a variety of vehicles, and although I was blown away by the performance of the S6, I decided that ultimately my needs would be best met my original choice, the A7. Upon conferring with Eric Ferits and Jason Lee, Brian informed me much to my surprise and great delight, that I could surrender my current vehicle and move into a new A7 at no additional cost. Brian with the asisstance of Tony Burroughs was extremely helpful in selecting the right A7 for my needs and desires. Mark Lestrange made reviewing the often tedious lease details a pleasure. He walked me through the steps thoroughly and with adequate explanation, and we shared stories about our mutual love for cars. My overall experience has been excellent. The level of courtesy, professionalism and sincere caring for the clients needs clearly puts to rest the old image of pushy car salesmen in ill fitting suits ! . More

I am only in my early 30's but it is clear why I have owned two thus far; the cars are phenomenal and the service center has made me feel like they really have my personal interests at heart. When I was younger I experienced dealerships who were truly focused on volume and not the customer and as a result I have had one parent buy and Audi and now my sister switched from her SUV to an A6 Avant and they are really happy. Dave Delaney (Head of Service Operations at Audi of Greenwich) has built a great team and it's my pleasure to work with Frank and the teams there. He has made me a fan of them! More

I come from a long line of Mercedes Benz owners; to wit even my first car was a '69 280 SEL which putted its way reliably to my high school parking lot before I sold it before college. I've long been intrigued by Audi's but never ventured to take a look until I found a pre-owned A8L and decided to take stop by after work. The car was undeniably impressive but what really floored me was the dealer's commitment to quality and detail. Mercedes dealers can be a bit stuffy especially once they learn you prefer a pre-owned vehicle. From reception to plates, my New Country Audi team matched the service levels I'm used to and exceeded the quality and consideration levels I'm accustomed to. John Dembeck - the pre-owned manager - project managed my experience end-to-end going so far as to personally show me the car while it awaited service. Dan O'donnell - my salesman- Awesome Scottish accent coupled with charm and tech know-how made him über fun to work with. Ask for him if you visit. Mark LeStrange - the finance guy - Mark really went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the deal and got personally involved with the details of delivering the car in a way that really felt like white glove service. One ding would be that the process was slower than I expected but that's almost certainly due to the team's focus on the details. At GE we would often say the most important question to index is 'would you recommend the business to someone else?' My answer is a resounding Yes and I'm sending my brother in for an A8 as we speak. New Country Audi lives up to its Greenwich heritage while being welcoming and accommodating! I plan to update my thoughts on my A8 and New Country ownership in three months after a follow up service. More

Frank is great because he knows what he is doing (technically) and he is very responsive. We have been working with Frank Castagna at New Country Audi for almost 7 years and we have had the most positive experience ever!! He always is so friendly, professional and helpful. Our Q7 is out of warranty but we still go back to Frank at New Country Audi because we know we will be taken care of and he will give us a fair price. He is the absolute best and everyone else who works there is great too. They make it very convenient with loaners, etc.....and the car is always fixed in a timely manner. When we buy our next Audi it will be from New Country Audi in Greenwich because of the excellent service we have had there. More
