My new S4 and exceptional service and price! BEYOND REPROACH, THE BEST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! I had to put in all caps to stress the level of pleasure, easy and considerations that I’ve rec BEYOND REPROACH, THE BEST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! I had to put in all caps to stress the level of pleasure, easy and considerations that I’ve received from these guys from start to end. My journey began when i had to surrender my MB with two months to go. They had advised on how two best surrender the car and how to negotiate the excess miles and any other surcharges that I may receive. Outside of that, where do i begin!? First and foremost, the showroom is very nice and they always have hot coffee and depending on the time in the morning, Bagels with assortment of cream cheeses. Secondly, they are extremely knowledgeable about the product and far better than any other dealer I have dealt with and just because you are looking around it didn't seem like they wanted to get rid of you the second they doubted that you were a real customer. As a disclosure I’ve owned MB/Cadillac/BMW. Thirdly, and this is the most important item to me is the DEAL that I got. I am from NY and i have other than visiting pretty much every deal in NY, had called at least two dozen more - none of them had even come close to a deal I got!!! NONE! In fact most of them told me that i should get the deal in writing as they did not believe that the deal was possible and insisted that i must have missed something or that this was not a really deal and that they would switch the deal on me at the last minute. Well, i picked up my car on July 31st and now a proud owner of 2015 S4. I would advise anyone to make this your last stop when shopping for an AUDI. I would put my reputations and willing to share any information that is necessary to prove that this is not just another fake review but an actual customer! Primarily I’ve dealt with Paul Ihnatovich and Dmitry Shurba (General Sale Manager) and both of them were very prompt and pretty much have accommodated me in every way possible. In addition to that Eric, who is their General Manager had personally welcomed me to the Audi family, which I thought was a very nice touch. They have updated me along the way and at no point did I feel like I wasn't informed about anything along the order process and the built of the car. As a parting gift they even gave me two mugs and a an R8 hat on the house. Bottom line - Make this your last stop as you will get great service and best price from Paul & Dmitry. More

Having been impressed with my experience at New Country, I checked their inventory of CPO vehicles online, and found one that I thought would suit my daughter's needs. I went to New Country, and was greeted by Paul Ihnatovich. He was friendly, and had a good sense of humor. He located the Q5 I had seen online, and promptly brought it out for us to test drive. During the drive, he pointed out the safety advantages, but not in an overly obtrusive way, especially since he knew I already owned a Q5. I think we all knew we'd be buying that car. The remaining issue was price. The asking price online was very competitive, and while there was a little price movement, there was not much. On the other hand, I was given a fair price for my trade-in, so I still felt like I got a good value. At the time of purchase, I met with Anthony Rodia for the business end of things. He too was very nice, and got the "least pleasant" part of getting a new car over in an efficient and friendly way. All in all, I am 2 for 2 with New Country. I think it is pretty safe to say that when I'm in the market next, I'll certainly be looking there again. More

I ddi buy one from a closer dealer to my home, but the experience was not pleasant, especially the service department. At new country, the buying experience is ideal, because there is no pressure and they always beat the lowest price in the region by a few hundred dollars. Their service department is the best. give them a call, and you are promptly taken care of. need a loaner , sometimes the same day/ no problem. For example, my wife was stuck on a local highway with a flat tie with the grandkids in the car. She called David Delaney, the service manger. he sent one of his men with a loaner car to the disabled car. he transferred the car sets and she was on her way in a very short time. They changed the tire , took the car back to the shop, and repaired the tire. The dealer called a little later and drove down to my home and exchanged cars. What could be better?? More

Marcell was also able to highlight the superiority of the Audi brand over the other brands my wife was interested in. (BMW, Mercedes Benz, and Land Rover) I give Marcell a rating of 5 out of 5. When I am in the market for a new vehicle, I will definitely continue to consider an Audi from New Country Audi of Greenwich. My only complaint, and this has nothing to do with Marcell, is the vehicle was dusty when we picked it up a few days later. More

The worst! I called the night before when they were closing. Asked about a car which I was told was available and made a appointment the next morning when they opened. It was offered for sale the day before so it wasn't on the lot for more than 2 days. Arrived there the next morning when they opened, Saturday at 9:00 a.m.. I had to wait 1/2 hour for who I guess was some manager to conclude his "lets go get'em boys" staff meeting. I waited another 1/2 hour for the car to be "brought around". The car looked like it wasn't washed since the begining of winter. There was still stuff, an umbrella, in it from I assume the previous owner. A college bumper sticker and town parking pass was still on the tailgates window!! Keep in mind the vehicle was advertised on AUDI USA as CPO! I spent another 15 minutes looking at it. The salesman then went to get a plate.....10 minutes.. Came back and told me it was sold already!!!!!!! Really!! To who??? your buddies friend!! What a total disregard for my time. He said it was sold as if Greenwich Audi was going out of business and not selling cars anymore!. It was suppose to be a CPO car with standards established by AUDI and it was advertised as such!! Then to find out after well over and hour of my time being wasted it's sold. Is Audi of Greenwich exempt from professionalism and courtesy and CPO. Well Audi, one of your dogs are off the chain. I have two words - BMW and Mercedes. I own both brands and they have it all over audi More
