I was honestly expecting the typical car dealership experience before going in, with pushy salespeople and tough negotiating, but Sean was great at looking out for our best interests and working out a deal for us. Customer Service is lacking I have owned and leased many different cars over the years - BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, Volvo, etc. This is my first, and will be my last, Audi that I lea I have owned and leased many different cars over the years - BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, Volvo, etc. This is my first, and will be my last, Audi that I lease or own. The A6 itself is ok. I find it no better or worse than an E-class or 5-series. However, at any of the other luxury car dealerships, you tend to have an experience that brings you back. They all try to sell you the "we are family" idea. Not here. Do yourself a favor - there are plenty of cars and dealers you can work with in this area. Choose them instead. More
