Yes, I would highly recommend this dealership to any and all Jeep Owners. I went to two other local dealers that had no clue on how to fix my Jeep, As soon as I walked through the door at Nemer Jeep I new all Jeep Owners. I went to two other local dealers that had no clue on how to fix my Jeep, As soon as I walked through the door at Nemer Jeep I new I was in the right place. The Service Depatrments Staff and Technican's are highly trained and addressed every issue that I had with my vehicle. I wish I had found this dealership First, I would have saved myself over 3 weeks without my vehicle. Chritopher Rogers is the Service and parts Director at Nemer Jeep, he talked me through the issues and the answers to those issues in great detail. Tanner Ireland Service consultant was very helpful and kept me informed every step of the way with the repairs that took place on my Jeep. Arron Service Technican is one of the best and most thorough Jeep Tech's that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I brought my truck in I had purchased there to have some work done on it. The service was okay. It took a lot longer to get my truck back than I was told. We went there to purchase a certain car and they told us it was sold, a week later the car was still there on the lot. So we looked at a different car and ended up working a deal on that car. We got the car then went home and kelley blue booked it and it was worth $4,000 less then they were asking. I didn't realise this when we were at the dealership, so we ended up paying $2,500 more then the car was worth. They forgot to get our downpayment and called three times a day about it until I finally got down there to pay it. More

My father and I went in looking to find a great care for a great price and Mike got us just that. He was very friendly and very helpful. We bought both our cars on the same day; had Vern Potter as our salesman who was excellent; worked out a deal and we got the vehicles we wanted. I have a 2007 Wrangler Rubi JK that has been suffering from steering wobble for over a year, and they have vowed to do everything they can to figure it out. It has already been to several so called "exper from steering wobble for over a year, and they have vowed to do everything they can to figure it out. It has already been to several so called "experts", but no one could seem to spot anything wrong with the Jeeps suspension. I heard these guys were good, and after a four hour tow from CT to Nemer Jeep, for a Destination Jeep "shop Night" (a regular open forum style wrenching night for Jeep lovers, and friends of Destination Jeep). Within five minutes of my arrival they had already identified and showed me a handful of very obvious faults. They allowed me to leave it at the shop and they even put in alot of their free time after hours to help resolve my issue. Now my JK drives beautifully once again, and not a moment too soon, winter is tough without my Jeep! I cannot thank them enough for not only the effort and time, but for also making me feel that I was just as welcome as any of their regular members, even when we had just met. Thanks for shining a nice light into the darkness this economy is bringing to us all. Not only will I be back to visit on as many shop nights as I can despite a long drive, But I will look no place but Nemer Jeep in Queensbury when I buy my next Jeep. More
