I have brought my 2007 Ford Taurus, purchased last fall at your dealership, to be serviced twice to date. It was quite disappointing to me that after only several months of owning the car, I had to hav at your dealership, to be serviced twice to date. It was quite disappointing to me that after only several months of owning the car, I had to have the entire steering rack replaced. Also, your Service Department was unable to correct the problem and had to send the car to the Ford dealer to be fixed. Fortunately, I had purchased the insurance plan for $2,000 when I bought the car from you, since the bill for replacing the steering rack was close to $3,000 -- and that's after I purchased this used car, which I was told by your salesperson, Nick Koopmann, was in "perfect" shape, for $18,000. So, all in all, it was not a very good experience, and did not inspire trust. I recently brought the car in a second time for an oil change. A week later smoke started coming out of the engine, and I stopped at Warren Tire, since I was near their Lafayette St. shop -- and I was frightened when I saw the smoke. There was oil spilled over the engine because the oil cap was not screwed on tightly when you did the oil change. It was so messy they had to put another new filter in, so I incurred a charge of close to $20.00. More

Carl immediately stepped in and lended his experience which I am quite sure Colleen picked up on and will retain this experience. I know when I'm ready for another vehicle or know of someone who is looking for one I will send them to Colleen Pitkin and a great sales manager in Carl. Purchasing my car was so easy. The team at Nemer and I quickly agreed upon a price and the deal was done within an hour or so. Unfortunately I was overcharged tax, title and registration when I purchased the car (we knew this was probably likely as I am a VT resident). I had to wait at the dealership for almost an hour and a half waiting for my check. It was brought out a couple of times incorrect and needed to be fixed. Other than that, all has been good More

I TOOK MY VAN TO A FRIEND WHO IS A MECHANIC THAT I TRUST AND HAD HIM LOOK AT THE ITEMS YOUR TECHNICI ESTIMATE ON OTHER WORK NECESSARY WAS OVER BLOWN. I TOOK MY VAN TO A FRIEND WHO IS A MECHANIC THAT I TRUST AND HAD HIM LOOK AT THE ITEMS YOUR TECHNICIAN BROUGHT UP AND EXCEPT FOR THE WATER PUMP ITEM THE OTHER ITEMS COULD WAIT AND WERE NOT AS BAD AS STATED. EXCEPT FOR GENERAL MAINTENANCE OF MY VEHICLE I WILL NOT HAVE MAJOR WORK DONE BY DEALERSHIPS IN GENERAL DUE TO THE OUTRAGEOUS COSTS.ALSO IN CLOSING I WAS NOT TOLD WHEN I PURCHASED THE VAN IN APRIL OF 2007 MY POWERTRAIN IS NOT WARRANTEED DUE TO THE FACT THE VAN WAS A RENTAL VEHICLE. I WOULD NOT OF PURCHASED THE VAN IF I KNEW THAT AT THE TIME. COUNTER SERVICE PEOPLE ARE GREAT ITS THE OTHER DEPARTMENTS HAVE ME HESISTANT ABOUT SHOPPING WITH NEMER AGAIN. WE WILL SEE! More

This dealership has been the best that my family has ever dealt with. We were treated great and fairly during the purchase of our vehicle, including the return of a leased vehicle. As for service, they are friendly and go out of their way to ensure as good of an experience as possible. They stand firmly behind their products and support their customers when problems arise. For instance, one time we were out of the area on vacation and had some brake problems. We had to work with another dealer to have the problems corrected. Nemer advised us as to what we needed to do and were reimbursed for the costs of the repairs on our vehicle. They reflect well on the Chrysler brand, and will always be the first place I go for service or purchase of a new vehicle. More
