So I have purchased three vehicles from Nemer. Two wrangler and a new Ford Explorer. My last wrangler I purchased a tire warranty for $500. Well I only had the vehicle for 11 months due to needing a wrangler and a new Ford Explorer. My last wrangler I purchased a tire warranty for $500. Well I only had the vehicle for 11 months due to needing a bigger vehicle for our expanding family, thats where the explorer came in. Anyway on April 2nd I went to Nemer Jeep to cancel the warranty and get a refund. I had only owned the vehicle for 11 months and it had less than 4000 miles. After 6 weeks of waiting for the refund I called and was told it normaly takes 10 weeks. Ok Np. After 10 weeks I called Gary in finance told him what was going on he said he would look into it and call me back. A call never came. On July 3rd, threee months after starting this, I called the company who issues the warranty and no one from Nemer had ever contacted them about cancelling. The manager from this company promised to give nemer a call which she did. This made me a little hot under the collar so I went to the dealership. I gave a saleperson Earl, who was great by the way, an earful about everything that was going on. He got my name and number and called me back which was great because noone else had so far. I was put on the "fasttrack" for a fefund and today 4 months and 8 days after starting this I got a check in the mail for $129....... Well below what they told me I was getting.....Ugggg Called again and got told I would get a call back Monday... lets see what happens Be wary when you buy any "extended warranty" from Nemer is the bottom line. Saratoga Crysler Jeep Dodge is not that far away to do buisness with. I will update this post after I get a call on Monday if I get a call. **** It took four and a half months but this issue is resolved. Thank You. More

Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because I kepted having front ends problems, directional light on the truck was not working properly which was casuing a bad short thru the truck and it has a bad leak when it would rain I would have a pool of water in the truck now it has a bad exhaust leak and the truck pulls to left when you press on the breaks, after driving 5 times 112 miles for the same problems that were not fixed each time it was brought to the shop and numerous phone calls to Nemer Chrysler Dodge I was able to get a hold of Christopher Rodger "Service Mgr." and Carl Frost "Sales floor Mrg." both who promised to fix all the problems with my truck and compensate me for time loss from work and travel expense offered a complementary detail and oil change. When I return to pick my vehicle for which I thought it would have been my 6th and final visit I was disappointed to find out nothing was done after speaking with Earl Carnale "My sales man" he expressed to me with great sorrow that after speaking to Chris Roger that he was not going to do anything to my truck and because I was female I would not know the difference and Earl had no chose but to call me and tell me that my truck was ready to be picked up because his job was on the line. On 05/16/12 I received a phone call from Steve James one of the sales managers at Nemer Chrysler Dodge stating that he had a received my unsatisfactory survey along with a copy of the complaint letter to your office and the Better Business Bureau he stated to me that he would need to discuss the matter with the dealerships owner before you can help me. On 5/23/12 I received a phone call from Steve James stating after he spoke with the dealerships owner they have decided to swop out my truck for a new used vehicle. We made an appointment for 5/29/12 when I arrived to dealership I met with Steve James and a sales men by the name of Brian after 5 test drives and numerous vehicle which I found one to be perfect I notice the inside looked like someone had thrown up in it and smeared it all over the back seats I question Brian if they bother to clean the vehicle and actually go thru it before they slap a for sale sign on it with that being said after 3 hours of being there we did find a 2011 Dodge Nitro before I can take it for a test drive I notice that the check engine light was on and the truck had a loud exhaust noise coming from it and that it was riding ruff I notified Brian he stated that it could be the tire pressure being off or something simple. Steve’s offer was the Nitro plus giving me back my money down. After signing the necessary paper work I drove off after driving 2 miles I notice that my windows was getting foggy I turned on the heat and cold air was coming out from the vents and black smoke was coming into the truck it proceeded to make funny noises I turn the truck around and returned it to the dealership where I handed Steve the keys and question him did they ever go over the truck to make sure it was safe for me to drive in especially in the middle of a tornado that we were having at the time. He was shocked and had no words to say but give me back the 2007 Jeep that started this complaint. I strongly believe that this dealership takes in trade-in and doesn’t bother to comply with their promise of “Every Chrysler, Jeep®, Dodge, and Ram Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle (CPOV) has to pass our stringent certification process guaranteeing that only the finest vehicles get certified.” 125-Point Inspection To know the exact condition of your vehicle, we put 'em to the test with a rigorous 125-point inspection. • Qualification Standards • Ownership Materials • Mechanical Standards • Maintenance Standards • Appearance Standards • Detail Standard Which states on their web site to me that’s faults advertisement after what I been thru with their used vehicles Once again I was taken advantage of and discriminated because of my sex. I’m terrified to go back to their dealership and take another vehicle off their lot because I’m afraid what will happened More
I went to Nemer with the thought that I would not be buying a car that day. The sales person was courteous and helpful and best of all not pushy and over berring. I was allowed to test drive several c buying a car that day. The sales person was courteous and helpful and best of all not pushy and over berring. I was allowed to test drive several cars, had all my questions answered and talked about trade-in value of my current car. He provided me with a price on a car that I liked which I turned down. He made a second offer which I accepted and bought a car. No hassel, no drama, no high pressure. An overall good experience. More

Began by speaking to the dealership on the phone as I do not live close. Receptionist Tammy was very nice. Arrived at the dealership. Spoke with Jeremy on a new purchase. I wont get into all the fine de not live close. Receptionist Tammy was very nice. Arrived at the dealership. Spoke with Jeremy on a new purchase. I wont get into all the fine details but here's the breakdown. Built a vehicle to order, Jeremy was great and polite through the entire process. Told Jeremy about my Affiliate program through my company. Said no problem. Apparently he either did not mention it to his boss or his boss is clueless. Either way, they gave a me a price on the car and a price on my trade. I gave them a deposit and got a receipt. Dave the manager said he couldn't get me the paperwork right now cause he's 'busy' and would email me them the next day...Anyways, next day arrives and I get a call. THEY PULLED THE DEAL on me. Said they could not honor my trade value plus affiliate pricing...WHAT A JOKE. Dave gets on the phone and starts acting like a child saying no deal, I lose money (somehow on a $36,000 purchase...blah blah blah. Called Chrysler who logged a call and is now 'watching' the dealer as Chrysler said this should never happen to anyone. At the end of the day I went to a dealer who honored my trade plus affiliate pricing. In the End, Jeremy was nice and helpful, Karl vanished after the first day never to be heard from again and Dave is the rudest manager alive. Never dealt with such rude people (DAVE). I know Jeremy is a new seller, but come on, stand up for yourself and your customer. Don't lie to your manager cause you were in the wrong and forgot about the Affiliate pricing. Wasted a whole day with these clowns. All in all, I don't recommend this dealer as its bait and switch pricing. to get you to travel to no-mans-land where they claim to have the best pricing. Don't believe half of what you hear. I did and gave them a shot and regret it. Should have listened to a friend who went to this dealer 1 year ago and got worked around just like this on a Challenger. More

Service department is the most unprofessional department I have ever dealt with. They cannot answer any questions that you ask them about your work to be done. I bought a certified pre-owned and needed 2 I have ever dealt with. They cannot answer any questions that you ask them about your work to be done. I bought a certified pre-owned and needed 2 different filters within the first oil change only to find out that they should have been replaced before we even drove it off the lot. Our brakes were squeaking and we asked them to take a look at them and they reluctantly did so only after they asked us if we had ever driven a dodge before. Then to add to it, we had a tire that was going soft and asked them to check it. They didn't find a nail or screw, filled it with air (which I had done several times before that) and said it was ok. It was soft within a few days. Took it to another dodge dealership (which was a MUCH better experience) who checked just a little bit further to find that the seal was leaking around the valve and just needed to be cleaned out and resealed! I fought with the manager for a refund of our money for the filters we replaced which he agreed to, and then took 10 weeks and 4 phone calls to actually see the check! More
