After visiting the dealership a few times i was very satisfied with the salesman who allowed me to test drive the vehicle I was interested in with ease, provided me with all specs and was very informed about the vehicle and its extras. I kept my eye on the vehicle on their website where one day I found the price had dropped significantly. I went to the dealership the next day looking to make a deal on the sale price of 35,000$ Instead of $48,000 originally. I decided to go to the dealer myself rather than occompanied by my parents this day and as young lady I found I was treated COMPLETELY different by the company. The salesman wrote up paper work and brought it to the sales manager Adam. Suddenly Adam storms out of the office telling me what I saw on the Internet couldn't be correct. I pulled up the website and showed him the website clearly stated the vehicle was on sale and even told me the dollar amount I was saving. But somehow "this was an accident and I surely should be able to understand that things just happen on the Internet sometimes." The best price I was given was $47,922. I was also told during my deal that I was "tying up too much money for them" and was talked to as an inconvience. I may be a young woman but I know what bait and switch is and I will not be talked down too or disrespected by a company where I would potentially be spending $40,000 and would be coming to for services. I took my business to Krystal motors in warrensburgh where my every wish was filled with a great price, great service and lovely staff. More

I told them that I checked online with ram and they showed the 4500 in rebates. They do not stand by what they advertise online. I would not trust them to buy anything from them. High Pressure Sales at its Worst! I'm 70 years old and on a fixed income. My lease was ending and I needed to get a lower payment than the $262 I was paying for my 2012 three year leas I'm 70 years old and on a fixed income. My lease was ending and I needed to get a lower payment than the $262 I was paying for my 2012 three year lease with only 11,000 miles on it. I went to get my oil changed at Nemer Chrysler and a salesman came to show me some new cars. I felt so pressured I caved and said I would buy a new 2014 Dodge Dart (salesman put over 2,000 miles on it) for top sticker price of $24000 and they would give me no money for my lease that I paid 3 years on. My new payment was going to be $270. After having a conversation with the sales manager who was completely disrespectful to me, and the General Manager, Carl Frost, I was told that they could not budge the numbers and lower my payment. I decided the next day to cancel the deal so I went to pick up my car and the same salesman started with the guilt trip and begging me to buy a car. I left almost in tears and went to Krystal Dodge in Warrensburg and got the exact same car (without 2,000 miles on it) for $230 a month. I have nothing good to say about Nemer and their salesman with no consciences! Don't take my word for it go look at a car yourself. But in the end go to Krystal, they will bend over backwards to make a customer happy. More

Ripped off - literally - please give me my battery back. I have a Jeep Liberty CRD (Diesel). Nemer chased an issue of lost power and worked on my vehicle several times (in excess of $3000). Vehicle died on t I have a Jeep Liberty CRD (Diesel). Nemer chased an issue of lost power and worked on my vehicle several times (in excess of $3000). Vehicle died on thruway, had it towed to Nemer. Two months and an additional $1300 to be told that their mechanics are not qualified to work on the CRD Jeep. Had vehicle towed to Armory Jeep and vehicle arrived without battery. Son and tow truck driver were both present when jeep was picked up - stated battery appeared to be dead, no crank, no lights. Nemer denies that they removed the battery from the vehicle and refuses to help. Stay away from Nemer at all costs. This is without a doubt the worst service I have ever received from any dealership in the the last 30 years. Highly disreputable dealer ! ! ! ! More
