Traded in my jeep told them the DMV had the title and was told that wouldnt be a problem. A week later the dealership called threatening legal action if I didnt present the title to my trade in. When trying to deal with the legal issue the floor manager disrespectfully made a phone call to the owner in front of me, while basically insulting my intelligence to my face and proceeding to blame me for their sales personnel lying to me about the title.
