Trying to get a lurching issue on a 2009 Kia Optima solved. I had brought in my Kia Optima for service due to the car lurching when it reached 20mph. The first time they replaced the transmission, but problem n I had brought in my Kia Optima for service due to the car lurching when it reached 20mph. The first time they replaced the transmission, but problem never went away. I brought it in a 2nd time they said, they didn't notice anything. I brought in a 3rd time and told them to let the engine and transmission cool down, and then they noticed it after it was out of warranty. They told me I had a brake problem and I would have to fix that for $800 bucks which only cost me like $350 at a general repair shop to replace the rotor. I told them to fix the lurching problem first, but they wouldn't do it unless I got the brake issue fixed because they thought that was the issue. I paid them $100 bucks to basically misdiagnose the problem and waste my time. I even showed them some articles of how to fix the problem and this was common. I took it to another service dealer, Jones Kia and explained it was a software glitch and to just update the transmission software. They basically deleted the program that was in the transmission and reloaded it with the latest version and the lurching issue was gone at no charge. I went back to Nationwide to show them my receipt and show that they misdiagnosed it and they can call Jones Kia to confirm and I would like a refund on the $ 100 dollars they charged me. The Don Ward the service manger just wasn't interested in and came up with every excuse to show it wasn't prove anything. More

I wish I would have read some reviews and done my research before going to Nationwide Kia. I purchased a 2014 Kia Forte from Mike Bush. Of course Mike was very nice when I was interested in purchas research before going to Nationwide Kia. I purchased a 2014 Kia Forte from Mike Bush. Of course Mike was very nice when I was interested in purchasing the vehicle and until the point I actually made the purchase but it was all down hill from there. He may be one of the rudest people I have ever encountered and he needs to learn some common courtesy. I contacted Mike about some false information that was provided to me about my vehicle and the features it included. Long story short, I contacted Mike to find out why I was provided with incorrect information and he responded through a few rude emails essentially telling me I am mistaken and he basically doesn't care because he hasn't received any commission from the sale yet. Dealing with the complete lack of respect wasn't worth having the issue resolved to me. However, when I went to pick up my license plates from the dealership, Mike blocked me from walking in and said "Are you here to argue with us or what?" I could not believe the audacity, it was completely uncalled for. I'm not sure about anyone else, but I work hard for my money and I would much rather spend it somewhere where I won't be treated like dirt. I regret purchasing my vehicle at Nationwide Kia and I will never make that mistake again. Their slogan is "Your Dealership for Life", well I haven't even had my car a month and I will never go back. More
I nearly decided to not bring in for warranty service because it didn't seem like a big deal. The seal around the trunk lid was coming loose. I was taking the car into Nationwide for servicing, so mentioned the loose rubber to Roland. He went out to the service bay to look, then asked if I could bring the car back the next day. It is out of my way and I didn't want to blow the afternoon waiting in the service department, so Roland set me up with an appointment so that I could be in and out. How long can it take to put some glue on the rubber? To my surprise, the tech completely removed the old seal and put in a brand new one! Thanks to Roland and the guys for great service! More
