I'm an honest person, a retired Army officer. I'm also a contracting officer, trained by the government how to write contracts and professionally deal with businesses. Mike, the salesman in Ellicott City contracting officer, trained by the government how to write contracts and professionally deal with businesses. Mike, the salesman in Ellicott City, misrepresented value of existing damage (3 dents on roof). He said $60 to repair. Owner took $60 off the car price as compensation. After buying car, Body shop estimate was $600-$700 to repair. The car was going to fail VA state inspection if I hadn't immediately purchased 4 lug nuts, on was missing on each wheel. Who sells a car missing lug nuts?? National Motors. After purchase, was only handed 1 key. Only 1 key. It was not disclosed to me that the car only had 1 fully functioning key. It's more than a $100 key. Who does that? National Motors. When they found the valet key, they held it as collateral until the bank paperwork went thru. Why? I have excellent credit. They have my trade in, why do they still have my property (key) one month after I purchased the car? Who does that? National Motors. They mailed the valet key to me using a regular envelope. This is against US Postal Regulations and endangers postal employees. I received a torn/empty envelope stamped "Damaged in Handling in the Postal Service". Who does this? National Motors. I called Gabi, the manager in Ellicott City to resolve these issues. She apologized, said all the right things, and said she'd call back in 30 minutes. She didn't. Next day Mike calls me upset I called his Manager. And said I wouldn't be talking w/ Gabi any more. What business has a manager make false promises, and kicks the problem back to the sales person where they came from ? National Motors. The car was filthy inside with stains. My daughter's first impression, ewww, please clean the car daddy. Who sells dirty cars ? National Motors. I just contacted the better business bureau and filed a complaint. Their business model is cutting corners, even if it's your safety involved. BEWARE NATIONAL MOTORS ! More

They were very friendly and they helped put me in a car the very next day. Gabby was very helpful in getting me my first time loan.. These guys made my first car buying experience a breeze. They were friendly and very honest. They stayed with me past store hours to make sure I got the best rate possible (which I did get!). All they want is your money. They fast talk you into signing papers for a car. They don't want to deal with servicing the raggedy cars they sell you. They treat their past customers rudely. Nick was an excellant sales man he worked with me while I had two babies. He picked us a car so I wouldn't have to take the children out in the snow. This was the best experience I've had. More
