I recently bought a 2007 Volvo from National motors and had a very pleasant experience right up until I went in to pick up the car a few days after signing the agreement. The price we agreed upon was contingent on the dealership performing a number of minor repairs, all of which the sales manager wrote down, agreed to, and assured me that they would be completed within one to two days. After a week of waiting and having inquired a number of times, I was finally informed that all repairs had been completed and that the car was ready to be picked up. The sales representatives I dealt with, Pola and Gabby, were extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. They were the only good thing about the dealership. When I had completed all the paperwork, I went outside to ensure that all repairs had been made, as agreed, and found that the only thing completed was two burnt-out lights that had been replaced. The remaining five items had not been addressed whatsoever. When I bought the car, the sales manager said that he couldn't complete the repairs for the sale price I was asking for, so we agreed upon a price that was $250 higher. On the day that I was there, the sales manager who I had negotiated with previously was not there, so I spoke to the owner who told me to take it as-is or leave it, and he didn't have time to argue. Unfortunately I didn't remember his name, but he was the epitome of a slimy weasel and I would strongly caution anyone against dealing with him in the future. He had an unprofessional, condescending demeanor, was rather impolite, and obviously did not care about the way he conducted himself with customers. The dealership and I had agreed upon a simple set of conditions, which it failed to meet, all to save a couple hours labor and leave me to complete the repairs myself. Obviously I could have walked away, but I opted to take the car anyways. It was just appalling that the owner would have the nerve to do something like that. More

John Harvey was the person I worked with and he had great customer service as well as took us on the test drive of the vehicle we wanted and purchased. Joe Cavallaro spent several hours finding me a vehicle that met my needs and within my budget. Having never heard of a Pontiac Torrent SUV prior to my purchase, I went home to research (yeah, I know a little backwards). I was very pleased to learn that I had negotiated a fair deal! If ever I’m in the need for another used vehicle, I will definitely make National Motors my first stop! More

This is an excellent place to purchase a car from. They work with you and they make sure you leave there with a car. My fiance and I both purchased cars from there one last year and one yesterday and they work with you and they make sure you leave there with a car. My fiance and I both purchased cars from there one last year and one yesterday and they really look out for everyone. They want to see you in a great car that runs excellent. If they don't have it they will certainly go get it. I love this place and everyone who works there. There is NOT one person who I have had a bad experience with and I have worked with and communicated with at least 5 of the sales people. Excellent place, get your car here!!! More
There are $1500.00 in hidden fees on ALL vehicles. $199.00 in document fees and $1295.00 in "services, fees" but the can't justify where these charges stem from. a whirl of different people coming at $199.00 in document fees and $1295.00 in "services, fees" but the can't justify where these charges stem from. a whirl of different people coming at you to cause confusion, so much paperwork you don't even notice the price hike until you get home and start to wonder how your car price jumped $2000.00 from the sticker price. Ask for a breakdown of ALL charges before you purchase. Look for the item letter "A" on page 2it states "cash price of motor vehicle (including accessories, services, and taxes)" this is where they add the $1295 charge that they conveniently forget to mention to the customer. BE CAREFUL!!!! DON'T LET THEM SCAM YOU!!! More
On July 14, 2012, I purchased a 2006 Honda Civic from National Motors, Inc. On that day, I had advised through texting and requested from my salesperson, Shawn. That the vehicle came without a second key National Motors, Inc. On that day, I had advised through texting and requested from my salesperson, Shawn. That the vehicle came without a second key and an Owner's manual. Shawn through text messaging had advised me that I would receive both items. I did receive the Owner's manual. However, there has been an issue with receipt of the second key to the vehicle. Initially, Shawn wanted me to drive the car to their dealership to take care of this problem. I’ve made an attempt(s) to take the car to them to have them cut a key and reprogram the remote key fob. However, convenient times could not be arranged to have this done. I was eventually sent a blank key to have cut and programmed. After several back and forth conversations it was mutually agreed for me to have the key cut and programmed on my own. I would be reimbursed for my out of pocket expenses. I had the key cut from a licensed and certified locksmith. The key was cut and several attempts were made to program the key fob remote. I had advised National Motors, Inc, that the key was cut appropriately. However, the remote that was sent to me was the wrong one. Therefore, could not be properly programmed. I have paid $110.00 to have the key cut and programmed. I’ve requested at their expense, to send me to another dealership to cut a new key and program the appropriate key fob remote. I asked them if they are not willing to do this, I would accept a check in the appropriate amount to have a new key and remote programmed correctly. I had also requested they refund me $110.00 as well. At this time, I have not received anything toward my out of pocket expenses of $110. Only thing I have is a working key with no remote capability.
