I recently Purchased a pre owned Honda Accord for my daughter. Before coming to National Motors I had visited several other dealers and feeling very mixed about them. I arrived at National Motors and was instantly greeted and ask what can I be assisted with. I told them what I was looking for and before I knew it I was riding to their extended lot. We pulled in and I could not believe how many cars they had for sale. I had 8 accords to choose from and seen one I might consider for me as well. The whole purchase process was a breeze and they were very competitive with financing.. I'm happy with my purchase and my daughter was very surprised when I came home with her car! More

First I just want to say that I have purchase many vehicles in my time. I was looking for a nice vehicle that I could use when I wasn't driving my sports car & SUV. I was searching the web for a nic vehicles in my time. I was looking for a nice vehicle that I could use when I wasn't driving my sports car & SUV. I was searching the web for a nice Nissan Altima SL. I came accross a really nice Altima at National Motors that had low mileage & the price was well below the dealers in my area. I called to confirm the vehicle was still there, and to set an appointment since I was driver over an hour from PA. The person who answered the phone (Rebecca) was very upbeat & professional. She advised me that the vehicle was still available and asked me when I would like to come into the dealership for a test drive & have her go over all the features and benefits. I was very happy that she knew everything about the vehicle including the history. She even went over the Carfax with me on the phone. I set an appointment for that evening. Rebecca told me that she would have the vehicle cleaned & brought down from their other lot. Went I got there Rebecca greeted me with a smile & thanked me for making the long drive. She said that she had the vehicle all ready for a test drive. We went on a test drive and she went over all the features. Keep in mind that I already knew what she was telling me because I had done my research, but it was nice that a "used car sales person" took the time to go over everything. When we got back from the test drive she went over the engine & show me the trunk. You could tell she really knew her stuff & loved selling cars. The rest of the process was just as smooth. I had a great experience. Both Rebecca & Guy were true professionals! It was probably one of the best experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle. Thanks National Motors! More

This dealership intentionally leaves "sold" cars on their website for weeks at a time. If you call, they'll tell you that the car is available. Once you get there, the car has "just been sold cars on their website for weeks at a time. If you call, they'll tell you that the car is available. Once you get there, the car has "just been sold" "another customer is signing the paperwork" right before you arrive. Then they practice a bait and switch. They'll push you towards their higher priced cars. Some of the salespeople are unprofessional. I would recommend that you do not purchase from them. More

I wish I could honestly find one good thing to say about this dealer, but I cant. The sales staff didnt know a thing about the cars on the lot. Were not aware of simple issues such as check engine lights o this dealer, but I cant. The sales staff didnt know a thing about the cars on the lot. All cars have a clean carfax, but if you do your own research you will find otherwise. The dealer seem to target customers with poor or no credit. Demanding larger downpayment and 2 payments in advance. I witnessed this when I was sitting there listing to the finance swindler. I could keep saying horrid thing, but whats the bother. Oh and its a fact they have sales staff write false review on here and else where. I ended up going to another dealer and buying a brand new car. I totaled my car last week and need to purchase another car in a hurry. My husband and I were having a hard time agreeing on an affordable mid-sized sedan. Pola was able to recommend a used car that was in very good condition and perfect for our needs, and the dealer was patient when we went home to research that particular make and model to make sure it was a good fit. No sales pressure whatsoever. The price was way below the blue book value, and National Motors gave us better financing options than what USAA offered us. They also went over the car with a fine toothed comb to be sure it was in top condition! I would highly recommend this mom and pops dealer over national chains. They took what could have been a very stressful episode and turned it into a blessing in disguise. We are loving our new car! More
