I brought a call from National Motors, Inc. my experience they was not good at all first but they called me back at the location in Perry Hall and the experience was good. After I purchased my car on October they was not good at all first but they called me back at the location in Perry Hall and the experience was good. After I purchased my car on October 13, 2013 that's when the bad experience started to happened. I took my car back and it had at least 10 items that I wanted repaired only 3 was fixed and the other was discussed that it's not covered under the warranty that they gave me. After that they did go under the hood of my car still have the knocking, next my windshield washer fluid was not working at all. I took this problem to the dealer and they stated again it's not covered under the warranty. This is a problem because the winter is here and once the snow fall and the salt hits my window shield I will not be able to see and this can caused an accident. What customer service and that sucks too. All I want is the problem with the car fixed within my 30 day warranty. I called several times and talked with Mr. Mike Sparrow and he would not come to the phone and never can be reached now. OMG, I wished I never dealt with this dealer at all. I will send letters and emails to have this on record so when going to court I will have a case. I do not want anyone else to go through this type of situation when buying a car within these economic times. I will also report this to BBB to have this on file just in case someone needs to read any bad report through National Motors, inc. Ms. Valentine More
I have NO COMPLAINTS about this dealership. My car salesman was Dave and he worked hard to insure that I left with the car that I wanted. Two other buyers wanted to buy this car and he made sure I got salesman was Dave and he worked hard to insure that I left with the car that I wanted. Two other buyers wanted to buy this car and he made sure I got it and consulted with Brian. He came in on his day off for me and I greatly appreciate it. James, the financing manager, worked for hours just so that I could get the car that I wanted and was very friendly in that stressful process, he wouldn't give up. Michael, the finance manger, worked with me with completing the process. EVERYBODY worked very hard to make me happy. They have excellent teamwork and they really do care about their clients. I recommend this dealership !!!! I will be back. Ask for Dave !! They WILL take care of you !!! This is a GREAT team.. More
The guys at National are really cool, I got a Honda from them a few weeks ago, I worked with Chris and it was good having somebody selling that actually knew so much about the cars. he was a big help and it them a few weeks ago, I worked with Chris and it was good having somebody selling that actually knew so much about the cars. he was a big help and it was a bonus that he was a Honda guy himself, although he knew about everything I looked at before I decided to go with the Si that I got. they got me a great deal, and the manager Hank was very nice and worked very hard to help get me the best payment I could get. I would definitely buy my next car from them. More
CONSUMER ALERT: I repeat do not buy a car from NATIONAL MOTORS - on E. Joppa Rd in Baltimore!! They are completely an UNETHICAL business that commits FRAUD. A total bait & switch on the credit application we had filled out and the credit application they input into their system. I have already reported them to the Better Business Bureau. They are a stereotypical USED car dealership, who thinks all of their customers are stupid or have bad credit, or are so desperate that they will take any deal. They will do anything to complete a sale, especially on the final day of the month. In addition, they have literally the worse management team I have ever encountered. Even when we called them on their shady practices, they tried to make it our problem, by saying we were just trying to get out of buying the car, Really! Is that what you call customer service, and you're the GM, WOW!? Even when they realized they had screwed up, and even after we told them we didn't want the car, they still thought they could make it right, and still tried to make us a deal!! There was not a chance in xxxx we would buy a car from them, no matter what the price, they didn't deserve our money. I won't bore you with all of the sorted details of the repeated visits, of them conveniently not having all of our paperwork, of them quoting us one price, only to be told it was $500 more, when they realized they had to make a couple of repairs, or when the GM stormed out on 2 separate occasions when he realized they were wrong. Oh and one interesting side note, that others have already pointed out....they like to keep sold cars on their website for several weeks after they have already been purchased. The red 2010 Ford Flex has been on their website for at least 3 weeks after it has been driven off the lot!!! Like a couple of other reviewers have stated, I would give them a 0 if I could. Stay Away!!!! More

I love my new vehicle! My Acura MDX had been repo about a year ago with only 3 payments left to make due to lost of income & life events. I loved my MDX, so you can understand how upset I was when it was a year ago with only 3 payments left to make due to lost of income & life events. I loved my MDX, so you can understand how upset I was when it was taken away. I had tried to get approved with other very large & well know dealers. After being told that I needed several thousand of dollars down (on vehicles I didn't even want), or told that they couldn't help me. I went to National Motors. I was already upset & discouraged, but Gabi & Guy told me not to worry that they would find a way to get me approved. I had hope...but was very stressed that I would be very disappointed once again. After Gabi working very hard with several lenders, she was finally was able to get me approved. I was so excited when so told me that I was going to be the proud owner of a Volvo S40. As you can imagine I was so excited that finally someone cut me a break. I can NOT thank Gabi enough for all her hard work & never giving up until she got me an approval. Words can not express the heart felt appreciation. Please keep in mind she was due any day with her 1st child. Thank you so much Gabi & National Motors for not only getting me an approval, but on a vehicle I wanted, a payment I could manage and with a reasonable done payment (they even worked with me on the down payment). You have to belive...there is hope...Once again, Thank you National Motors!!! More

I had a great experience at National Motors! I saw a Lexus on cars.com that caught my eye. I call the dealer to see if the vehicle was still there. I spoke to Rebecca, and we set up an appointment for Lexus on cars.com that caught my eye. I call the dealer to see if the vehicle was still there. I spoke to Rebecca, and we set up an appointment for that night when I got off work. When I got there the vehicle was ready and we went on a test drive. When we got back, Guy went over all the numbers & financing. It was a very smooth process just as Rebecca promised on the phone. I actually had fun purchasing this vehicle. Thanks for all your hard work Guy & Rebecca. I will be sure to tell my friends & family. More
