My husband and me met Brad Toler with National Dodge after he overheard us speaking about buying a new car, since he lives down the road from us. Brad went the following day to the Subaru dealership down the road and found us a blue, automatic BRZ, which was exactly what we wanted. We went to see Brad at the Dodge dealership and he spoke with us about financing. He was very cautious due to my husband's rank but told us that he would persist in putting us in the car that we wanted. Since he was busy with another customer when we came back a few days later, Brad called and spoke to another salesman, Greg, about our situation and us having a pre approved check. Brad apologized for not being able to assist us, and instead of making us wait, he told Greg that we were on the way to speak with him and to take care of us. The service Brad produced was unmatched, and Greg was on the other end of the scale. He was very hesitant to sell us the vehicle, and we left the Subaru dealership very angry. We went to the Scion dealership and began to look at the FRS. Brad called us to check up and we told him the situation. After Brad went through the finances and benefits of buying the Subaru, I was able to talk my husband into going back. It was at that time that we spoke with Pat. Pat was excellent! He showed us the invoice of the vehicle and pointed out exactly what we would paying and how much the vehicle was going to be. Needless to say, we walked out with the BRZ keys in hand and were very happy with our expierence with Pat and Brad. Thanks to Brad at Dodge and Pat (not Greg) at Subaru, we are now PROUD owners of a Subaru BRZ! Thank you so much guys! More

I wanted to write few comments about Mr. Mike Waller (Service Advisor). I have dealt with Mike for many years either with my own vehicles which I bought at National Dodge or the vehicles that I manage (Service Advisor). I have dealt with Mike for many years either with my own vehicles which I bought at National Dodge or the vehicles that I manage for a Coard Guard Training Center located at Camo Lejeune. Mike is a true professional and always cortious. Mike has always kept me informed on the status of my vehicles and called when they were ready. I have dealt with other Service Representatives from other dealerships and Mike by far is the best I have ever dealt with. I have always had great experiance with everyone one I have been in contact with at National Dodge for different reason either personal or business and I always have recommended National Dodge especially when asked who to contact at the Service Department I always recommend Mike. I don't easily recommend a business or someone unless I have a reason too and National Dodge and Mr. Mike Waller at the Service Department I would strongly recommend for great service. More

We had a wonderful experience here and this was our 2nd car purchased here in the last 4 yrs! The staff is friendly, the prices are fair and everyone went over and above what was necessary to take care of car purchased here in the last 4 yrs!
