Great experience To be honest we were in the market for a Camaro SS. The dealership in Wilmington and Jacksonville just wouldn't do the deal. We were in the area anyway so we stopped by National Dodge. We immediately were drawn to the "Shaker" Challenger. This is where we met Lorenzo, in my opinion a true professional. While my wife and Lorenzo talked about the car, I was busy crunching numbers on my phone. I threw out my bottom dollar and we drove the car home. This was on a Saturday, due to my work schedule I couldn't get back to Jacksonville until Thursday. Lorenzo came in on his day off. They even cleaned the car while we waited. Top notch salesman and outfit would reccomend to everyone. Will definitely consider buying my new Jeep through this dealership More

Overall good I have only 2 complaints. First everything took a long time to do. My vehicle was supposed to ready I. The morning and I couldn't pick it up until lat I have only 2 complaints. First everything took a long time to do. My vehicle was supposed to ready I. The morning and I couldn't pick it up until late in the evening because they lost the keys to the car. The second is when they told me I could pick up the key they ordered it took almost 2 hours for the. To be done with my key when they said it would only be 15 minutes. TJ was our original salesman but he was extremely busy when we come back to buy so Chris ended up helping us and both of them were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. So other than things taking forever it was a good experience. More
