Being a female going into a dealership, most salesmen I've dealt with automatically look at/talk to my husband and not me. I was literally ignored by multiple salesmen at a previous dealership when I was the one buying the car and I actually know what I'm talking about when it comes to cars. All of the salesmen we talked to in your dealership were so friendly, helpful, and talked to "both" of us. Our salesman Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful. He responded to my millions of email requests quickly. Though I may not have gotten the deal I was hoping for, I was SO happy with the customer service! I was also so happy to have a salesman that knows his stuff. You wouldn't believe the salesmen I've encountered elsewhere that know nothing about their cars. Thank you for treating me equally and doing all you can to give me a good car buying experience! More
Service I took my Ram in for scheduled oil change service and what a cluster F it turned out to be. 1st they managed to spill oil all over the top of my motor I took my Ram in for scheduled oil change service and what a cluster F it turned out to be. 1st they managed to spill oil all over the top of my motor and components of my front 4 wheel drive shaft plus all around my filter area. I did not know this until I got home and my truck had a strong smell of burnt oil. I opened the hood and found this problem and more. I entire under carriage had oil splatters from the oil leaking down off the motor while I drove home. I checked my oil level and found it was way over full. I drove back to National Dodge and talked to Darrell and he took care of as much as he could that day. He gave me a card for a detailing to wash the under carriage and that care of the oil problem. That was 4/30/2015. I returned today 5/5/2015 around 0845 to drop off my truck to get detailed and he explained what would be done to clean the oil spill off my motor. I returned around 1345 to pick up my truck. It looked great. I drove home and parked and got that burnt oil smell again. Opened the hood and checked and very little was done. It looked like they took shop towels and tried to wipe the oil off. I showed it to Darrell and he drought some one from the back that had no ideal of what was going on. I ask to talk to Mr Yates but he was not around!! I ended up talking to a sales manager. A waste of time. He took me to the service manager while Darrell took my truck to get it cleaned right. Free oil for life is not worth this much trouble. It goes to show you can not trust work being done right and you can not leave with out checking for yourself. I will not take my truck back, it's easier to do it myself and know it's done right. More

Perhaps I should have attempted to beat the price down, but, sadly, that is not my forte. Picked up the car on Saturday morning and logged 200 miles just enjoying the ride. Very happy with the car and Chris Weaver. My wife was not happy with my "Forester" idea/choice but after Chris showed her/us around she was happy. Partly since you had a Burgundy (more or less) with cream (?) leather interior to sway her thoughts. She test drove it and was pleased. Part of the problem being that she is 4'10" so there are quite a few cars that don't "fit" her. On this "buying car" thing. Your finance guy asked how often we buy a car. My last car was a '78 and was sold in '07. Wife's last ride was an '89 sold in '15. Both of those were "NEW" car purchases, couldn't afford to new this time. Very happy with our choice! I do prefer performance as my last two cars were set up for aggressive driving, and although the Forester is not a player in that field, I like the way it feels and it feels/rides in a vary capable fashion. Easiest Car Buy Ever I was surprised at how fast the process was. I was already financed when I contacted National but they searched for a better rate for me. I left with I was surprised at how fast the process was. I was already financed when I contacted National but they searched for a better rate for me. I left with a better vehicle for a much lower cost. My car buying experiences in the past was a back and forth "let me check with my manager" all day affair, only to have the salesman return with a laughably lower payment. Not with National!!! They took great care of me and I would recommend them to anyone!!! Thanks National!!! More

Purchasing a new vehicle was a In November of 2014, we purchased a 2008 Toyota Prius from National Dodge with Matt Riles as our sales representative. Purchasing a new vehicle was a major ordeal for us for several reasons and required more thought time than normal. We requested that Mr. Riles not contact us after our initial test drive. We had driven more than a dozen vehicles by this time and the daily calls from other sales persons had me crossing potential vehicles off our "but" list. We were already impressed with Mr. Riles professionalism and product knowledge (he sells Dodge, but knew Toyota well) and we were very impressed with the car as well. It was a week later when we had our financing lined up and we were ready to make the purchase. We were excited to learn that our car was still available and Mr. Riles got right to work with paperwork and other arrangements. It's been 4 months now. There were some issues with vehicle condition that were noted during the purchase process that were taken care of as discussed. We've had our first oil change under National Dodge's "Free Oil For Life" warranty and we could not be happier with our car and Matt Riles outstanding service and follow up. More
