I have researched your experience and see that you purchased your vehicle from another dealership who was also unable to repair your leak. Although it did require 3 visits to our dealership, it is my understanding that we did, in fact locate and fix the leak. We then waited to order new carpeting until we were sure the leak was in fact fixed. Carpeting was replaced and some of your trim pieces were damaged in the process. These trim pieces have been ordered and replaced at no charge. Deeply regret that things don't always go as smoothly or flawlessly as we would like or you expect; however, we do try our very best to make our customers happy. If you are prepared to address specific employees who spoke or acted unprofessionally toward any of our customers, please feel free to call me personally at 910 938-1417 and I will be more than happy to address the issue as well. I assure you that management at all levels does not condone such conduct and, if such conduct is ever identified, appropriate action is taken.
