We came to the dealership and looked over the car and it was perfect! Bank pre-approved us, but I was concerned about the price. The financial manager said they would be willing to work with us on price on the 1st meeting, but when we returned there wasn't much of a negotiation on pricing and our sales guy wrote up all the paper work then seemed offended when we asked if the price could be lowered at all. They lowered the price by $1,400 but seemed irritated about it the rest of the time? Saying things like we aren't a mom n pop store we don't gouge prices and stay fair and competitive... all of which I knew. Purchased the car and brought them the check (we were pre-approved for more) and the finance manager seemed angry? I have a family of 6 and 1 income source, I love the car and felt we got a good deal, just the attitude they presented was unprofessional and uncalled for. I could have just as easily taken my pre-approved check elsewhere... I don't even see their names on this list. More

Horrible customer service My husband and I went in on a Saturday. We were told the back was"closed" so the salesman said we can take the vehicle home to test drive it for the w My husband and I went in on a Saturday. We were told the back was"closed" so the salesman said we can take the vehicle home to test drive it for the weekend. Sounded good. We left our trade there. Monday comes and he isn't there and when we called no one seemed to know what was going on. Someone even told us he went home with my car keys. I left work early to go to the dealership only to be told they thought we were going through our bank for financing. We had to return the next day. Again the salesman want there. And we were the last to be seen. Everything was rushed. We we tested horrible. The only person who did his job well was Lorenzo (financing). The salesman that had to help us since the other guy wasn't there was rude. We still need to get our car detailed and that salesman said we have to talk to the original salesman that helped us on Saturday. Which is apparently still is not there. We are driving around in a car that is dirty and smells. Just horrible. Also when we went in Monday. The manager, Mike Four, seemed to care but ultimately he just laughed it off. I know a Mike in management talked to my husband which I believe was the one who told him Demitreis took my car keys home. And that he was "out of town." This is probably the most unorganized, and unprofessional business I have ever been in. More
